BIO MINING OF EXISTING DUMPED LEGACY WASTE AT AYYANKOILPATTU COMPOST YARD IN VILLUPURAM MUNICIPALITY

(a) Excavating the existing mixed compacted garbage and adding of microbial innoculam forl biological degradation as sanitizer and stabilizer in the land portion allocated/earmarked by Villupuram Municipality and sieving them using Mechanical sieving machine or any other equipment at the cost of the Bidder. (b) Control of mal odour. (c) Eco friendly and nonpolluting process in |order to reduce the impact of dumping site in the adjacent areas. (d) Segregate the excavated garbage in the land portion earmarked, into as many kinds and categories as possible at the cost of the Bidder including cost of any power or fuel consumption (e) Selling, diverting for recycling, marketing and recycling the excavated materials. (f) Creation and maintenance of infrastructure, facilities and amenities at Bidder's risk and cost, for sieving, the excavated garbage, disposing the segregated materials. (g) Deployment of necessary manpower, materials, equipment's, tools and construction of plants and sheds and creation of facilities for handling, separating, segregating straight disposing for the operation of the plant. (h) Leveling the earth surface by bull-dozer or any other earth moving equipment. (i) Providing security arrangement for the plan project site, machineries, equipment etc. at the cost of the Bidder. (j) Completing the work within the Contract| Period of one years (K) The bidder has to make his Own arrangement for clumping the inert materials Jand disposing of sieving compost and recycling materials etc, the bidder shall be handed over the vacant land after disposing of existing mixed garbage to the Villupuram Municipality with in the agreement period
