SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (ADDN/ALTN BUILDING WORK (B/R PORTION)

Dismentalling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting of any gauge, thickness etc in roof coverings/cladding/eave etc complete all as specified.

S&F galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting, with two corrugation side lap fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type or cranked hooked bolts with washers in roof, 0.63mm thick, grade-O quality, with 120 grms/sqm zinc coating and grade 'B' Class 8 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Galvanised plain mild steel sheeting 0.63mm thickness fixed with 'L' type or 'J' or cranked hook boltes with washers, in roofs as in ridge etc all as specified and directed.

Refixing Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, roof coverings with two corrugation side lap fixed with L' type or 'J' type or cranked hooked bolts and dome type bitumen washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-serviceable sheets obtained under item No 01 above shall be re-used.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortor bedding (but not backing) removing the rubbish of the premises complete all as speicified and directed.

Material and labour 25mm PCC 1:2:4 Type B-0 (Using 12:5mm stone agg) as in sub base floor , complete all as directed and specified .

Material and labour coloured/printed ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tiles exc 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.38 sqm, laid in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile laid over and including 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item no. 8 but on vertical surfaces such as skirting incl including 9 to10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 rough finish to receive the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour coloured/printed non skid ceramic tiles 7 mm thick (squre/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 but not exc 0.16 sqm laid in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile laid over and including 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement, complete all specified and directed.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles, first quality (or approved class, colour and design/shade) of 450x300x7mm / 350x 250x 7 mm / 450X 350X 7mm thick in vertical surfaces, as in dado/skirting etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match with coloured tiles, over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 rough finish to receive the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 18-20mm thick granite stone (slab) of any colour/type, (table rubbed and polished) work as in floors/ vertical surfaces, cooking platforms and like, set in neat cement including pointing in white cement with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, complete laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortor (1:6) laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment, , complete all specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete to ground floor(unreinforced) and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing rubbish of out side MOD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in plinth protection even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortor (1:6) laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment,complete

T & P for Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar situations complete all as speicified and directed.

Taking down (Steel/ Wooden) chowkhats of frames of any description n.exc 1.50 sqm with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) and making good disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No 17 here-in-before, but exceeding 1.5 Sqm and n.exc 4 Sqm (without taking off shutters from the frames) and making good disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc. 1sqm and not exc. 2 sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.

All as item No. 19 above but refixing of shutters in same opening, of any descriptions exc 1.0 sqm but.n.exc 2 Sqm each.

S&F factory made steel box type window with fly proof shutters having box type frame and shutters including MS grill of 10mm sq bar welded with FI frame and 4.8mm thick double glazing securing with 10mm MS hollow section with rubber gasket and all connected accessories complete all as specified. Note:- Glazing and fly proofing shall be measured and paid for separately against relevent items of this shedule.

M&L for 4.8 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane incluing Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frame incl punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 4 mm thick sheet figured glass, pin headed type and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane including Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frame incl punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips complete all as specified and directed.

S & F stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pressed steel frames made out mild steel sheet 1.25 mm thick, with size of frame 105 mm x 60 mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plates etc and applying a shop coat of red oxide primer including providing PCC 1:3 :6 type C-0 using 12.5 mm graded crush stone aggregate for filling back of chowkhats, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge .

S & F Pressed steel frames made out mild steel sheet 1.25 mm thick, with size of frame 125 mm x 60 mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plates etc and applying a shop coat of red oxide primer including providing PCC 1:3 :6 type C-0 using 12.5 mm graded crush stone aggregate for filling back of chowkhats, complete all as specified and as directed.by the Engineer-in-Charge .

S & F Factory made Glazed and skeleton shutters 30-35 mm thick, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. divided into squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, edge of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beds for securing glass/gauze etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8. clause 8.20 (a); in second class hardwood, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F 30-35 mm thick Second class hard wood factory made Plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and style as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-0 (using 12.5mm graded crush stone agg) in back filling of pressed steel door frame and bed block for hold fast complete.

Dismantling of structure steel work including doors,gates but excluding framed truss etc,complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Materila and Labour for Framed work as in false ceiling, doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe-410 grade, all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation board/slabs/blankets any thickness including grid work/aluminium frame work, cover fillets complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for Prelaminated particle board 9mm thick, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination as in false ceiling fixed to metal frame complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs, 18 mm thick Pre-laminated HD HMR board, both side laminated with teak finished with nails /screws as in kitchen cabinet/shelves/shutter including 0.8mm thick colored sunmica beads all around complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs, 8/9 mm thick Pre-laminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work as cup boards shelves, partition etc complete.

S&F in repairs mild Steel 300mm, ordinary rat tail rod pattern springs including roller & roller plate complete fixed with screw or by welding complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone works and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Brick work with sub class B bricks ,straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 Complete all as Specified and directed.

M & L Brick work with old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), all as specified.

Taking down Cement Plaster, any description on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc, and removing same from the Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of concrete/brick interior surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 as per manufacturer's instruction, finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 on wall external surfaces, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra Cement complete all as specified. Note:- Intgral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces on ceiling finished Even and Smooth without using extra Cement complete specified.

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered wall surface and applying of Birla/JK white wall putty approx 3 mm thick in two layer as per manufacturer's instruction on existing prepared surface and make the surface smooth by rubbing with sand papers and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatement by scraping, washing, rubbing down or stopping distempered or painted surfaces etc of walls plastered or un-plastered & removing all vegetation growth, cleaning to the entire satifactory of Engr-in-Charge & applying of Birla/JK white wall putty approx 3 mm thick in two layer as per manufacturer's instruction on existing prepared surface and make the surface smooth by rubbing with sand papers and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered ceiling surface and applying of Birla/JK white wall putty approx 3 mm thick in two layer as per manufacturer's instruction on new surface and make the surface smooth by rubbing with sand papers and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old plastered ceiling surface and applying of Birla/JK white wall putty approx 3 mm thick in two layer as per manufacturer's instruction on old surface and make the surface smooth by rubbing with sand papers and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing new plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats Acrylic exterier emulsion paint in camouflaging (Disruptive) pattern (Green, Grey & Brown colour) over a coat of acrylic primer complete all as specified and directed. (Make:Asian/Berger/Nerolac/ICI/Shalimar/Garware/Johnson or any other make speicifed in Particular specification).

Preparing old plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls by scraping the surfaces, brooming down or steel wire brushing down smoke soot, mould, moss and efflorescence salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of exterior acrylic emulsion paint in camouflaging (Disruptive) pattern in three colours (Green, grey and brown), complete all as specified and directed. Make : Asian/ Berger/ Nerolac/ ICI/ Shalimar/ Johnson or any other makes mentioned in Particular specification..

Preparation of new surfaces of steel or iron work or CGI/ PGI sheeting in walls or roofing, over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint in camouflaging (Disruptive) pattern in three colours (Green, grey and brown) over a coat of acrylic primer complete all as specified and directed. Make : Asian/ Berger/ Nerolac/ ICI/ Shalimar/ Johnson

Preparation of old painted surfaces of steel or iron work or CGI/ PGI sheeting in walls or roofing, over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint in camouflaging (Disruptive) pattern in three colours (Green, grey and brown), complete all as specified and directed. Make : Asian/ Berger/ Nerolac/ ICI/ Shalimar/ Johnson or any other makes mentioned in Particular specification.

Material and Labour for 1.5 mm thick stainless steel telescopic channel of size 30mm wide for sliding drawer at extended length with all necessary fixing arrangement to the drawer/wall complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair continous (piano) hinges mild steel, 40mm width of flaps (when open), bright finish or electrogalvanised.

S&F for size 75mm Brass handles, cast type, polished bright complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F for ball catcher for cupboard/cabinet etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully aluminium/copper point wiring (light, bell, fan, socket) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, regulators, sockets, holder, fittings and terminal box sheets complete, stacking material at site and making good the disturbed surface of walls/ floors to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

M&L for concealed point wiring with two single core PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS type, 1100 volts grade, multistranded copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm in and including PVC conduit of suitable dia ISI marked with all connected accessories including one single core multistanded PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS type, 1100 volts grade,1.5 sqmm copper conductor cable unsheathed as earth continuity cable including concealed pressed steel GI terminal boxes of suitable way with 3 mm thick modular cover plate for mounting of switches, socket, fan regulators, connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified for the following:- (a) One light /fan/ point controlled by one nos, one way 5/6 Amps switch. Note- Rate quoted includes cutting chases in wall

S&F in replacement of factory made load line Vertical TPN DB's double door made out of CRCA mild steel sheet with insulating material like polyester epoxy quoted surface mounting 4 way TPN 415 volts, vertical type, surface mounting with suitable busbar, neutral link & earth link suitable for MCCB TP as incomer & MCB SP/TP as per required out going complete with & including one No. MCCB 100 Amps 3 pole 25 kA fixed type for incoming complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement of MCBs, TPN, 40-100 Amps, 415 volts, 10 kA rupturing capacity, C curve type, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of MCBs, SPN, 40-63 Amps, 230 volts, 10 kA rupturing capacity, C curve type complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement of sheet metal enclosure DB SPN 8 way, double door, 240 volts AC, surface mounting complete with suitable busbar, neutral link & earth link suitable for MCB DP/SPN as incomer & MCB SP as outgoing complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement of LED tube light fitting, box type 230 volts AC suitable for & including 9/10 watts LED light fitting mirror type with high output diffuser 2 feet, 10 watt 220 V AC decorative type with driver holder and LED lamp including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified. S&F in replacement of LED wall light fittings 6/7 watt, 230 volts AC, indoor type made up of polycarbonate complete with lamp holder , LED lamp 6/7 watts, 4000 K, LED driver, connector block pre wired with all accessories all as specified.

M & L for taking down existing Ceiling fan of any capacity and Submitted to E/M Subdivision without any damage with all connected accessories all as per direction of Engr-in-charge. (a) Ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep

M&L for taking down existing Geyser of any capacity upto 25 L and depositing to MES Store Yard without any damage.

S & F new Geyser 25 L capacity 2 Kw including all mounting accessories BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc. including testing commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down existing Exhaust fan and submitted to E/M subdivision with all the connected accessories, all as per direction of engr-in-charge.

M&L for fixing of exhaust fan 300 mm sweep 220 V, single phase 50 Hz metal body four nos of blade, double ball bearing along with louvers & bird repellers including cutting chases and making good disturbed surfaces by cement mortar along with fixing with help of hole fastener. Complete all as specifed and as directed.

Material and labour for hand rails, half round or other steel section for hanging of fan incl nut, bolts, washer fastner, hook and other items required for hanging fan properly incl drilling, cutting, welding, grouting as per site requirment complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing ceiling fans complete with blades including anti sucidal down rods, electronic regulator and accessories, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep. Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE. Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) and making good disturbed surfaces by cement mortar along with fixing with help of hole fastener. Complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for plate earthing complete with galvanized mild steel plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with the top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and including GI wire 4 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth (Plate) electrode at one end and connected to main switch board /panel/ test point at the other including watering GI pipe (medium grade) 20 mm bore from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode and 20 mm GI pipe light grade for earth strip protection complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC cover, funnel, wire mesh including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement LED Street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminium hosing and heat resistant complete with driver lamp bracket with impact corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 66 protection complete.

External service B/R portion (Road path & culvert)

Demolition of cement concrete to ground floor(unreinforced) and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing rubbish of out side MOD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 60 mm thickness machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and no pigment, shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 M-35 grade over completed all as specified and directed.

Supply only fine aggregate (sand) for sand cousioning as in bed complete all as specified & directed.

Sch 'A' Part-IV EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS .

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning factory made and tested LT Panel Outdoor type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 Volts 3 Phase and neutral, 4 wire, 50Hz AC supply system. Shall be dust and vermin proof, protection class (IP-42) and made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA SHEET & suitable frame work/ support made out of 40 x 40 x 5 mm Aluminium, front opening type with space for cable entry from back side of the panel, with proper ferrule & cable gland, internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable of adequate size but not less than 1.5 sqmm complete. The scope of work also comprising of the following:- Note- Work includes PCC work

Supply, Installing, Testing and Commissioning factory made and tested LT Panel Outdoor type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 Volts 3 Phase and neutral, 4 wire, 50Hz AC supply system. Shall be dust and vermin proof, protection class (IP-42) and made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA SHEET & suitable frame work/ support made out of 40 x 40 x 5 mm Aluminium, front opening type with space for cable entry from back side of the panel, with proper ferrule & cable gland, internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable of adequate size but not less than 1.5 sqmm complete. The scope of work also comprising of the following:- Note- Work includes PCC work

Taking out old underground serviceable/unserviceable cable of any type and size all as specified. (Note: Earth work shall be measured & paid separately).

M&L for laying, testing & commissioning of XLPE PVC sheathed armored cable 35 sqmm 3.5 core including making necessary connection with aluminum lugs of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for laying, testing & commissioning of XLPE PVC sheathed armored cable 120 sqmm 3.5 core including making necessary connection with aluminum lugs of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed .

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of new/serviceable cables or for fault finding in existing cable and getting out soil in soft/loose soil complete all as specifed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed in a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point of any type of soil complete all as specified

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable provided with a layer of sand 8 cm depth before laying of cable and 15 cm depth after laying and stretching the cable all as specified. Note: Punned thickness of sand shall be measured & paid.

M&L for well burnt sub class 'B' bricks of nominal size 230X115X75 mm abutting each other for mechanical protection of cable with width equal to lenght of brick complete all as specified.

M&L for cutting of bitumen road/PCC road/hard standing for laying of GI pipe and passing of cable including making good to disturbed surface with PCC 1:4:8 and matching with existing surface complete all as specified.
