Chipping, removing carefully loose/damaged concrete incl plastering (total thickness upto 60mm ) from RCC surfaces of columns, beams, chajjas, soffits of slabs etc by low impact Hammer/Breaker without damaging the structure & cleaning the surfaces with wire brush etc and disposal of debris out side MOD land, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Hard concrete shall not be removed by force.

M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement by sand blasting with suitable pump as directed by the GE and wire/ rotary wire brush to a shining bright finish, making the surfaces free from loose material, dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer conforming to ASTM-B-117 of make. "Feovert" of "Krishna Conchem" OR "Roff Rust Cleaner' of 'Pidilite' OR 'Shali Rustoff' of 'STP Ltd', on rebars with time interval of 1 hr between the coats, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.)

M&L for Anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement Epoxy Zinc Primer of M/s. Dr. Fixit by application on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat. The application shall be done by brush after cleaning/wire brushing to the exposed steel surfaces, complete all as specified and directed . Note:- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.

M&L for providing mild steel TMT bars in various structural RCC elements like column, beams and Slab etc. including cutting, bending, fixing the bars, tying with binding wires etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: This item is applicable for additional bars required in the existing RCC structures.

M&L for Epoxy bond coat of Make Fosroc (NITOBOND-EP) OR EPOXY BONDING AGENT of Dr. Fixit OR equivalent of M/s. Krishna Conchem as approved by GE over exposed concrete surfaces prior to application of any type of mortar to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete by brush application complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for building up the profile of structural members by using Polymer mortar HB of Dr Fixit, while the bonding agent is still tacking upto 20mm thickness including levelling, profiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for building up the profile of structural members by using Polymer mortar HB of Dr Fixit, while the bonding agent is still tacking upto 40mm thickness including levelling, profiling etc in two layers, each layer not exceeding 20mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for casting & repairing of excessively damaged distressed RCC members (exceeding 60mm in thickness) with prebatched, prepacked, single component ready to use microconcrete from Fosroc (Renderoc RG) or equivalent of Dr. Fixit as approved by GE, at any level/ height and at any lead or lift as directed including prefabricated water tight formwork, centering, scaffolding, also including mixing , laying, levelling, finishing, curing etc as per manufacturer's specifications and all other relevant worksincl scaffolding upto 18 mtr height complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for leakage / seepage proof coating consisting of preparing the new/old surfaces of existing exterior walls, parapet walls, chajjas etc. and applying Primeseal primer of M/s Dr Fixit or equivalent chemical of M/s STP Ltd as approved by the GE or one coat of Chemstic PDE 600 elastomeric coating (and allowing to dry for 8hrs) under torch dry condition and subsequently applying two coats of water proofing decorative elastomeric coating system Raincoat of M/s Dr Fixit with DFT 100microns or Shalicryl 215 of M/s STP Ltd or Chemstic PDE 600 elastomeric coating (the surfaces after painting one coat shall be allowed to dry for 6 to 8hours before application of next coat) including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as per manufacturer instructions and all as specified & directed. Note: The aforesaid treatment shall be got executed by the contractor from the authorised applicator of the manufacturer(s) and also necessary authenticated documents on account of above shall be submitted by the contractor to the GE including entering triparty agreement with manufacturer with MES as one party regarding guaranteed warranty clauses.

M&L for prepration of newly plastered/concrete surface of wall and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion on walls with one coat of primer and including 3mm thick putty applying complete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparing old decorated surfaces of wall (plastered or unplastered or previously white washed ) & applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for preparation of old plastered surface of ceiling and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed

M& L for complete removal of existing treatment on surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper 3mm thick wall care putty for smooth finish including one coat of primer applying on walls for smooth finish complete all as specified & directed

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thicknes in floors , aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured 300x600x7 to 8mm thick digital ceramic tiles on vertical surfaces such as skirting,dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match, over and including 10mm thick cement mortar backing coat in CM 1:4 etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick CM 1:6 screed bed for laying floor finishes complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for Light Shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) of approved size, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match, over and including 15mm thick cement mortar screed bed in CM 1:6 etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Light Shade 600x100x10mm thick size Vitrified Ceramic tiles, on vertical surfaces such as skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match, over and including 10mm thick cement mortar backing coat in CM 1:4 etc, complete as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 6-7 mm/ 450X 350X 6-7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match as in skirting/dados including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 as in backing coats of tiles finished the surfaces rough to receive tiles etc complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade complete including 15 mm thick CM 1:6 screed bed for laying floor finishes complete all as specifed and directed..

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection 75mm thick, with expansion joints & top surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18mm thick MDF board for Kitchen cabinet/cup board shutter/Partition/Shelves etc in required size at site made out of 18mm thick MDF board both side decorative lamination PVC sheet complete all required etc. The panels shall be fabricated using adhesive and secure as required. All edges shall be covered with 2mm thick edge bonding taps or 90⁰ edge bent finish as per manufacturers instructions.

Demolition of lime concrete or lean concrete from sunken floor including floor tiles, hacking of surfaces after cleaning with wire brush (floor and adjoining walls) and disposing off debris outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for filling of lean concrete 1:5:10 type E2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates ) in sunken portion, as per requirement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 55mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type-B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floors and for any other purpose in any location mixed with WPC @ 2% by weight of cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Supply only WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M & L for special treatment for sunken portion of WCs/Bath & toilet etc executed in following stages : Stage 1: Providing 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing chemical of Dr.Fixit or Shalicrete 'R' of STP Ltd in the proportion/quantity all as per manufacturer's instructions. State 2 : Primer-Mix Tarfelt LM of STP Ltd (diluted with water in ratio 1:1) @ 250 gms/sqm and apply the primer on the plastered surfaces. Stage 3 : Application of 1st coat of Tarfelt LM of STP Ltd (without dilution with water) @ 1Kg/Sqm by brush all as per manufactuer's instructions. Stage 4: Laying fyber glass cloth (weight not less than 50gram/ Sqm) over the 1st coat while the coated surface is still sticky. Stage 5: After 6 to 7 hours interval, apply second coat i.e. final coat of Tarfet LM of STP Ltd (without Dilution with water) @ 1kg/ Sqm by brush as per manufacturer's instructions. Stage 6: Providing 10mm thick protective plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with STP No. 1 @ 250ml/50 Kg cement all as per manufacturer's instructions. Stage 7: Carryout ponding test for 48 hours to ensure water tightness of repaired sunken portion. NOTES :(i) Mode of measurement: Actual area treated (floor and adjoining walls) will be measured and paid . (ii) The above treatment shall be got executed through applicator of manufacturer and necessary authenticated documents on account of above shall also be produced by the contractor.

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connections of size 15mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connections of size 20mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 16 mm outer diameter CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings (including provision of special fittings i.e. brass elbow, brass tee, Male brass threaded adaptor, female brass threaded adaptor etc required for fixing of bib tap, stop valve with CPVC pipes) concealed in walls/ ceiling or laying in floors etc., also including cutting chases, grooves and making good the same in CM 1:3 after fixing of pipes / fittings, complete all as specified and directed.

For mirror polishing of kota stone under item No. 54.00 complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frame/aluminium frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new ones complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully existing aluminium sliding window shutters, taking down of existing broken 4 mm thick plain sheet glass from aluminium sliding window shutters including existing rubber gasket complete, supply and fixing 4 mm thick plain sheet glass with and including provision of new rubber gasket and re-fixing the shutters in existing position, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully existing aluminium sliding window shutters, taking down of existing stainless steel wire mesh from aluminium sliding window shutters including existing rubber gasket complete, supply and fixing stainless steel wire mesh of dia 0.36 mm and average width of aperture 1.40 mm with and including provision of "U" clip, re-fixing the shutters in existing position, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully aluminium sliding window shutters from the frames or chowkhat and supply and fix New locking arrangement by replacing of old one and re-fixing the same shutters in existing position etc, complete all as specified and directed

M&L cement plaster (1:3) with 10 mm thick to be finished smooth without using extra cement mixed with WPC @ 2% by weight of cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

M & L for APP modified roof treatment over existing roof slab etc including taking down to be executed through approved authorised applicator of the membrane manufacturer with the following specifications complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.40 litre/ Sqm manufactured by the same manufacturer as that of APP with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per litre at 25 degree centigrade on the prepared dry surface. (b) Laying APP modified water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyester fibre weight not less than 160gm/Sqcm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side lap and 15cm end lap. (c) Physical properties of membrane shall be as under:- (i) Membrane weight not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Non woven polyester weight not less than 160gm /sqm. (iii) Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree Celsius. (iv) Joint tensile strength-longitudinal not less than 650N/Sqcm and transverse not less than 450 N/Sq cm (v) Tear strength-longitudinal not less than 300 N & transverse not less than 250 N. (vi) Elongation : > 20% in both directions. (vii) Impermeability/water tightness at 2 Kgf/cm2. (viii) Water absorption - Not more than 1% on mass within 24 hours. (ix) Cold flexibility - Minimum (-) 20C. (x) Dimentional stability % change = Maximum 1%. (d) Over the membrane provide a finishing with solar reflective bitumen aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm as prescibed by manufacturer (Item for bitumen aluminium paint will be measured and paid separately as supplied only)

Supply only for applying one coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm over APP membrane for non accessible roof complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying One coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing aluminium joinery and windows of any description (frame/ shutters) with all fittings (but excluding grills) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F standard aluminium section powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating shall be 50 micron and colour shall be as approved by GE ) as in frame, shutters for doors, window / ventilators, fixed / openable / sliding or in any pattern, cut to size, jointed with cadmium plated steel screws, including rubber beading or gaskets for fixing glass, provision of hinges, screws, plugs, handle, lock, roller, Nylon ball bearing etc complete all as specified and directed (Aluminium section shall be of make Jindal/Hindalco/ Indalco) Note:- Weight of Aluminium sections as per actual or as per IS or as per manufacturer, whichever is less, shall only be considered for payment. Cost of other items / accessories required for entire completion of the work shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
