Taking down/out existing aluminium/copper point wiring for light, fan, bell, socket complete including all fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, regulators, light fittings etc and removing the materials from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L point wiring with PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm,FR through and including concealed PVC conduit with fittings and PVC insulated, unsheathed, copper conductor cable continious earth wire of size 1.5 Sqmm , FR, connected to common earth and modular sunken boxes for mounting of accessories complete for one light point/ fan point/ call bell point controlled by one one way switch complete all as specified and directed. One light point controlled by one way switch. Note :- Cost of making good the disturbed surface plastering / filling putty alongwith matching with the existing colour with MES approval make of distemper is deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.

M&L sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated, unsheathed, stranded copper conductor cable, FR of size 6 sqmm and one PVC insulated, unsheathed, copper conductor cable, FR, of size 6 sqmm as earth wire fixed in and including concealed non metalic PVC conduit of appropriate dia complete all as specified. (Note :- Three run of cable along with PVC conduit together shall be measured as single run)

S&F in replaceemnt GI pipe bracket made out of GI pipe light grade 32/40mm dia and bend to shape 1.5 mtr long MS clamps made out of MS flat iron of size 40x4mm thick with nuts and bolt , washer complete including dismentling the existing GI pipe bracket and drilling of hole for nuts and bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair sheet metal enclosure for DB’s when MCB’s to be used of 240 volt 8 way with 200 amps rated bus bar SPN double door complete all as specified and directed. Note :- All the connection of out going wire from MCB will be made with thimble with suitable size as directed.

S&F in repair MCB single pole 6 amps to 32 amps, 'B' series complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of distribution board made out of CRCA sheet DB vertical type double door TPN 4 Way MS sheet including fixing in the wall, cutting chases grouting and necessary patch work and white wash to match with the existing including making connections all as directed containing the folowings:- (a) MCCB 4 Pole 125 Amps 35 KA breaking capacity with thermal release - 01 No (In coming). (b) Bus bar 200 Amp rated made out of Aluminium on insulated duly insulated wire adhesive tape RYB & black -04 Nos. (c) MCB SPN 40 Amp-4 Nos,MCB SP 32 Amp - 04 Nos (Out going) (d) Connection from MCCB to bus bar will be made with Aluminium Strip of suitable size as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common saft filling in alternate layers and electrode connection by using earth lead GI wire 4mm dia ( 8 SWG) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to main switch board protected by galvanised iron light grade pipe 15mm bore in wall/ floor/ and GI Pipe 20mm bore light grade for watering with funnel and wire mesh PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC pit cover including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning slurry approved soil and disposed of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr away all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR 2009 ( Part-I).

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated , screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft loose soil including cutting road surfaces n. exc 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth for poles, stay, cable etc getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling including spreading and well ramming in layers each n. exc 25cm thick in soft loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavation material n. exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Supply and lay brick common burnt sub class "B" old size and dfor protection of cable laid in trenches for under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand cushioning trenches using fine sand to under ground cable , laid in two layers 15cm before laying the cable & 8cm after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cable protection GI tubing light grade fixed long the pole/ under road/ along the wall of size 50mm bore with necessary clamps complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB protected socket outlet suitable 5/15 amp made of sheet encloser plastic cover plate complete with one No 20 Amp MCB SP B series complete all as specified and directed.
