Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.50m depth, for foundation etc. and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting in existing manholes (150mm to 300mm dia) for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel and reforming benching as required complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cleaning of RCC over head or terrace water storage tank over 09 storeyed bldg having capacity 10000ltr and above divided into four chamber cleaning and removing all scale and dirt incl chemical treatment using anti bacterial agent as per the OECD guidelines 423 and relevent IS code consisting of following process : Dewatering the tank with submersible pump, de-silting and removing of left over dirty water upto 100-150mm in the bottom of the tank and de-sludge with special sludge pump, cleaning of walls and ceiling with special mechanised high pressure jet machines by rotary jet systems at 100-120 bar pressure which disludges the layer of dirt, algae, fungus, stuck on it surface usage of scrubbing machines for old stains and cleaning with chemicals if required, the floor of the dirty tank should be thoroughly cleaned up by dry jet cleaner to accumulate to all dirt, remaining sludge should than be removed by sludge pump, dirt silt and other foreign materials should further be removed by industrial vaccum cleaner to make the floor totally dirt free, application/spraying of anti bacterial chemicals to ensure total sterilization of tank from the inside including cutting hole, removing existiing washing out pipe and fixing new 50mm bore GI tubing medium grade wash out pipe 300mm long fixed with apoxy filler with internal threaded MS plug complete all as specified & directed. All these operation shall be executed by trained worker and techicians properly dressed longwith gumboots complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60mm thick M-35 grade factory made Vibro compacted precast concrete interlocking paver with grey cement and no pigment block, coloured, glossy finished, PVC moulded, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 over 25 mm thick layer of sand cushion, including dismantling of old pavers complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item 43 above but except interlocking pavers.

M&L cement concrete chequred tiles size of 250 x250x 22mm thick machine pressed vibro compacted rubber moulded with grey cement and pigment and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors laid over 15mm thick screed in CM 1:4 over and including 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Vitreous china squatting pan of orissa patern size (580 x 440mm) white with integral foot rest (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete, factory made, Kerb Stone, having strength M-30, quoin blocks, string courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling), (of any section directed), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in CM 1:4 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer including preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair MS work such as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 12mm dia Mild Steel round bars as in fencing, cut to length fixing with posts/fencing, binding securing with clips etc all as specified and directed

S&F in repair of framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, grills, braces etc, complete drilled for fixed of Gde Fe-410 (Gde E-250) quality B etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces not.exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/chajjas covering, cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws incl cutting of chase in wall and inserting 50 mm deep, and making good in cement mortar 1:3 and matching the surface with existing finish complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge, roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws/ 'J' hooks etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, dia of wire not less than 4mm, any size or type etc complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair concertina coil fencing of 600 mm dia with following specifications:- (a) Concertina coil fencing of 600 mm dia shall be fixed to the angle iron posts in compound wall. The weight of 01 coil shall not be less than 8.60 Kg and stretched not more than 06 Running meters in length. (b) The dia of wire of concertina coil shall not be less than 2.50 mm and shall be surrounded by 0.50 mm GI sheet and fixed with suitable J Clips all as specified. (c) The concertina coil shall be supported on 7 strings of concertina wire of same specification as in Para (b) above and binded properly to the concertina coils and angle iron brackets. (d) The running length of the fencing (along the wall : Length of wall = Length of concertina coil fencing) will be measured and paid (e) Fencing shall be measured and paid in unit RM consisting of above specifications.

Dismantling post or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embeded in concrete, brick work etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes n.exc 0.5 cum each getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth in layers n.exc 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for framed work such as grills, grating etc. with ends of bars shouldered or riveted or forged into spikes framed guard bars and similar work confirming to Fe290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other each screw to be fitted with one washers and one hexagonal or square nut length of bolts n.exc 5cm and dia of shank 10mm all as specified and directed.
