Taking down carefully existing copper/ aluminium point wiring ( light, fan socket or power)complete including fixture and fittings such as Switches, sockets, ceiling roses, pendants batten holders regulators socket, call bells , light fittings etc removing material to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit ( credit for above items should be made as per condition separately) and making good to the disturbed surfaces of walls,floors etc to match the colour with existing Surface all as spd and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Rate for making good shall be deemed to be included in above item rate.

Dismantling & Taking down of existing unsv light fittings/Fixtures for replacement etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling & Taking down of existing unsv call bell for replacement etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Point wiring with multistranded copper conductor single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable , including PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor single core FRLSH cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly with GI terminal boxes, modular frame & cover plate ( suitable for modular switch/sockets) for the following :-

S & F in replacement of sub main two single core PVC FRLSH copper conductor unsheathed wire multi stranded 6.0 Sqmm along with earth wire 6.0 Sqmm copper conductor single core wire connected by common earth in and including medium grade 20 mm size concealed conduit complete all as specified. ( Note :- Two length of 6.0 Sqmm cable and one length of 6.0 Sqmm earth cable alongwith PVC concealed conduit will be measured as one running length)

Supply, installing,testing and commissioning ( in replacement ) of indoor type LT panel wall mounted , having dimensions not less than 1.4m x 0.8m x 0.2m with double door made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet metal weather proof with thimble and cable entry boxes with cable gland, having 07 nos compartments for fixing of meters having acrylic cover. Panel should coverd from all sides with front and back lockable door and hinges complete with copper bus bar of capacity 200 Amps with heat shirnkable PVC sleev, with an angle iron base frame grouted in wall complete including painting with paint shade of epoxy based powder paint RAL 7032 & DMC insulators and consisting of the following :- (a) Incoming MCCB 63 Amps, 4 pole, 415 Volts, 16 KA - 01 No. (b) Outgoing MCB 32 Amps, SPN, 230 Volts, 10 KA , B curve - 06 ( outgoing one for each DU). ( c) Outgoing MCB 10 Amps, SPN, 230 volts, 10 KA, B curve - 01 No ( outgoing one for each DU.) (d) Internal power & control wiring with suitable PVC insulated FR single core multistranded copper wire cable. (e) Indicating lamp Set RYB type - 01 set. S & F in repair RCCB Earth Leakage Protection 230 Volts, 25 Amp, AC type double pole 30mA ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6mm thick burried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate vertically to a depth of not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connection to and including 4mm dia (8 SWG) GI earth wire from earth plate to main switch board including necessary GI bolts, nuts, check nuts, washers, thimble etc. to the extend 7.5 mtr as earth lead by means of GI bolts & nuts etc, connecting to LT panel wlith provision of charcoal and salt all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including water arrangement with GI pipe 20mm dia (medium grade) excavation and earth work returning , filling, ramming and remove of soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr, make good to match with existing surface and testing on completion.

M&L for Attend the complaint for checking and locating faults of light/power circuits and defective electrical light/ fan/ bell/ switche 5 Amps/switch 15 Amp/socket outlet 5 Amps and 15 Amps for continuous electric supply or broken neutral system, rectify the same, tightening of loose wire/circuit by using the same old wire or by using new wire up to 1.00 metre length and similar petty work complete all as specified and directed at site. Note :Switches,sockets,bell push,call bell, light fitting/ Fixture shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.
