ARMO 2021 22. SH OPERATION AND COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF SPLIT AIR-CONDITIONING UNITS, RO WATER PURIFIERS AND WATER COOLERS AT HUBBALLI AIRPORT FOR TWO YEARS 2022 to 2024

Job contract for operation and maintenance ( daily ) of different make TR HI-Wall Split type / Inverter split type Airconditioners /Cassete AC/Water Coolers/ Water Purifiers etc.(details of equipments etc. attached in SCC ) with min manpower of Skilled-1 No on all days including holidays including tools and plants and sundry materials but excluding weekly off & spare parts etc. complete as required as per terms and conditions in the contract.

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of different make TR HI-Wall Split type / Inverter split type Air conditioners ,including gas charging, repair/replacement of all defective parts and other associated accessories, compressor, cooling coil, blower condenser, refrigerant, thermostat, electonic parts like PC Boards, sensors, transformer,trandsducer etc and electrical parts upto socket outlet etc., along with voltage stabilizer with original/company repaired parts, labour charges etc. attending breakdowns as and when required, at different locations including providing all necessary consumables and spares complete as required to keep the Equipment in serviceable Condition , as per AAI Special Conditions and site requirement and as per EIC instructions. 1.5TR Hi Wall Split AC(The AC Units are more than 8 years old)

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance (Periodical, Preventive and Breakdown) of single phase 2.0 TR cassette split Air conditioner including providing all necessary consumables and spares as per OEM's recommendation and AAI Special Conditions etc. Complete as required .(The ac units are more than 6 years old).

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance (Periodical, Preventive and Breakdown) of Blue Star make water coolers of cooling capacity 40 ltrs./ Hour and 80Ltrs storage tank including providing all necessary consumables and spares as per OEM's recommendation and AAI Special Conditions etc. Complete as required.(The Water coolers are 6 years old).

All Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance for 24 months through manufacturers/authorized service dealers/water purifier agencies of Aqua Guard, for Aqua Guard,Aqua Sure, Model :-Maxima RO+UV 6Ltr storage Capacity RO purifier inclusive of adding antiscalant chemicals to avoid scaling of pipelines and when required replacement of prefilter cattridge once in three months, any other components such as membrane or any kind of filter etc. complete as required.

All Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance for 24 months through manufacturers/authorized service dealers/water purifier agencies of Kent make and Model :- Kent Grand plus RO purifier of 20 Ltrs/Hr cooling capacity and 9 Ltr storage capacity inclusive of adding antiscalant chemicals to avoid scaling of pipelines and when required replacement of prefilter cattridge once in three months, any other components such as membrane or any kind of filter etc. complete as required.

Dismantling and re-Installation, Testing and commissioning of Dismanteled Air Conditioner units including fixing of Indoor , Outdoor Units, making interconnections between indoor and Outdoor units with 3 C x1.5 sqmm coper cable i/c minor civil works such as drilling for holes,fininshing with the same and making interconnection of copper pipe lines/ refrigerant lines and control cables including supply and fixing of following and reqired gas Top up and Dismanteling of Existing Split Air Conditioners ,etc complete as required.

Laboratory test of water From outlet point of each water purifier at Hubballi Airport alongwith collection of samples from outlet point of each water purifier and submission of reports to Engg-Electrical office at Hubballi Airport on half yearly basis with following parameters as per relevent IS specifications 10500:2012: (A) Physical and chemical parameters
