Wss mehjorr Nagar/padshahibagh:- Repairs to 85000 GPH, Horizontal Pump by way of disconnecting of Pumping unit from electric circuit then dismantling of Pump from 100 HP motor using necessary tools and tackles. The job includes shifting of damaged pump to workshop in pvt. Load carrier for necessary repairs. The job also shall include dismantling of pump, extraction of worn-out /damaged bearings, sleeve, and pump shaft etc.then replacements of below mentioned items/parts as per the sample. All tools and tackles required, technical labour component with all risk allowances are also included in the job. i)Bearings(6309) of SKF make -02 No ii) Fabrication P/F of s.s sleeve as per sample=01 No iii) Fabrication, Providing/Fitting of Pump shaft 25 inch long, 54mm dia of stain less steel make. The job includes making of necessary seats for accommodation of bearings/cotter. iv)P/F of TC-16 M.S coupling along with rubber tyre.The job includes boring of same up to required dia for proper fitment of shaft. The job shall finally include shifting of repaired pump to site in pvt. load carrier, coupling of same with Motor, connecting with circuit and testing on full load.

Periodic maintenance of the 160 KVA D. G. Set at water supply scheme padshahibagh by way of M- oil change prior draining out 0f the old M –oil and removing the old/worn-out filters cleaning the filter brackets followed by providing fitting of following consumables. 1. oil filter (part no.3401544) 2. fuel filter (part no. 4926810) 3. air filter (part no.3814312) 4. air filter (part no.3814313) 5. m.oil of suitable grade (25ltrs) Job includes cost on a/c of skilled labour, tools and tackles and all incidental charges.

WSS Nowgam:- Repairs to 03 Phase, 50 KVA, oil cooled, manually operated Voltage Stabilizer by way of disconnecting of stabilizer from electric circuit, shifting to work shop in pvt transport (Arranged by the firm).The job includes dismantling of stabilizer, extraction of existing damaged 100Amp. 9”X 9” rotor plate assembly (voltage regulator) from the stabilizer followed by providing/fitting of new rotor assembly of reputed make. The job shall also include P/Filling of 30 Litres of fresh Toil of approved grade for topping up of M.S Tank and shifting of repaired stabilizer to site. All the tools, tackles, ladders, technical men required and taking due care of safety precautions for execution of job are to be arranged and brought to site by the contracting agency.

WSS Kunzwera. Repairs to 125mm GI rising main of wss Kunzwera at two locations by way of identifying the leaking spots and then earth work excavation of size (6ft X 8ft X 4ft deep ) by JCB manual means for providing sufficient space for re-inspection of rubber washers and for tightening of all nuts blots at leaking spots. job includes, installing of caution sing boards for men at work and for traffic regulation/ diversion. Job further includes dewatering of the excavated trenches by manual labour and disposal of water in the near by drain. job includes cost of rubber washers. the job shall include testing of piping line n full load for checking of leak proof joints. Finally the job includes complete dressing ,backfilling and levelling of trench soil. The job includes providing ,laying crushed stone gravel aggregate by manual labour and then providing mixing and laying cement concrete mixture for top surface and cost on account of transportation/ carriages and tool and tackle needed at site by firm.

Repairs to Mug-75 starter by way of dismantling of the starter ,extraction of old/worn-out contact points from all three contactors ,cleaning of the contactors with ccl4 solution then Providing/Fitting new copper contact points (03 sets) of L&T make with minor auxiliary wiring and testing of starter on full load.

Chattergam:- Repairs to 200 mm GI rising main on kralpora-malikgund road near band saw, by way of earth work excavation of Macadamized roads of size (6 ft x 4ft x 5ft deep) by JCB/manual means for providing sufficient space for welding/repairing near leaking spots. Job includes, installing of caution sign boards for men at work and for traffic regulation/diversion. Job further includes dewatering of the excavated trenches by way of using suitable capacity Honda Pump and Hose pipe for disposal of water in the nearby drain. Job includes identifying the leaking spots and then providing and welding of 5mm thick M.S patches with ADVANI make electrodes to plug the leakages at leaking spots of 200mm dia. rising main. The job shall include testing of pipe line on full load for checking of leak proof patches. Finally the job includes complete dressing, backfilling and leveling of trench soil. The job includes arrangement of D.G set at site for welding and lighting purpose for late hour working and includes transportation/carriages & tools and tackles needed at site by firm.

Wss Nagam (Nowpora filtration plant) Repairs to 03 Phase 25 KVA, oil cooled, manually operated Voltage Stabilizer by way of disconnecting of stabilizer from electric circuit, shifting to work shop in pvt transport (Arranged by the firm).The job includes dismantling of stabilizer, extraction of existing damaged rotor plate assembly (voltage regulator) from the stabilizer followed by providing/fitting of new rotor assembly as per specifications of the damaged one. All the tools, tackles, ladders, technical men required and taking due care of safety precautions for execution of job are to be arranged and brought to site by the contracting agency.

Complete servicing of the 25 Kva DG set by way M- oil change prior draining out the old M –oil and removing the old/worn-out filters cleaning the filter brackets followed providing fitting of consumables like m.oil, oil filter , air filter and damaged dynamo belt. Job includes cost on a/c of skilled labour, tools and tackles and all incidental charges.
