Providing services for maintenance and repair of internal electric supply and attending day to day complaints round the clock in all days in general shift in DRDO Phase II residential area except Sundays and Holidays all as directed/specified as under :- (a) Nature of duty :- (i) Attending of all day to day compliants of maintenance works. (ii) Replacement of fluorescent tubes, bulbs, building security lights of any wattage any type, chokes, starters , capacitors etc. (iii) Attending faults in 5/15 Amps sockets, single sockets, single phase and three phase power points, distribution boards, feeder pillar boxes of all types etc including internal wiring of buildings,ceiling fans, exhaust fans, geysers etc complete.

(iv) Periodical examination of feeder pillar boxes for any loose connection and tightening the same. (v) Inspection and testing of earth pits (vi) Collection job card maintained by the duty staff and attending the same without any loss of time (vii) Any other job required but not stated in this schedule but essential for smooth functioning of service centres (viii) The material required for attending the repair will be provided by the Department as and when required basis (except T&P which shall be provided by the contractor)

Operating staff to be employed as under :- (i) Electrician - 01 No for general shift excluding Sunday and Holiday (Total - 01 per day) Shift Timing :- 0900hrs to 1700hrs (general shift)

Note for Item Ser No. 36 (i) Necessary two Nos uniform duly marked as Category of workers and mobile facility shall be provided to electrcian. The rate shall be deemed to include for the same. (ii) Contractor will provide ITI certificate for electrician or minimum experience of 4 years from reputed organization (iii) PF, ESI of the tradesman is required & payment should be given through Bank account only (iv) If contractor fails to provide the tradesman the recovery should be @1500 per shift (v) Contractor will provide all the required Documents , Register, Tools, uniform, First Aid Box etc. at the duty places

Supply, install, testing and commissioning in replacement of CPRI approved LT Panel board, outdoor cubicle , dust and vermin proof made out of 3.15mm thick MS sheet with front end back door openable type fitted with nuts, bolts and washers fitted with knobs and hinges incl painting with two coats of enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer suitable for 415Volts 50Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire suitable for Pocket 1 and incl the following :-

(a) MCCB FP 415V 250Amps 35kA, adjustable thermal & magnetic settings - 01 No as incomer

(b) MCCB TP 100A, 25kA adjustable thermal & magnetic settings - 16 Nos as outgoing - 03 Nos

(e) Indicators RYB LED type - Set of three

(f) Aluminium bus bars 400 A TPN - 01 Set

(g) Internal wiring of panel board with copper cable of appropriate size single core including control fuses and cable glands, lugs of sutable size for incoming and outgoing cables, earthing terminals and cable glands

Painting of LT outdoor type feeder pillar box of size not more than 1.50 x 1.25 x 0.75m with two coats of enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer including repair to the hinges and locking system , cleaning inside the panel, cleaning the vegetation around the foundation upto 1.0 mtr around complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for servicing of 4 pole structure including greasing of 03 Nos GOD, replacemet of all jumpers with proper lugs/thimble, painting the structure and channels , replacement of wornout nuts bolts, replacement of blown fuses , trimming of tree branches including painting to the structure with aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed Note: 1. Proper shut down should be taken in advance. 2. All Safety precautions should be taken by the tenderer

M&L Point wiring complete with Multi stranded copper conductor size 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed,FRLS cable , 1100 volts grade conforming to IS 694 multistranded , drawn in and including rigid PVC type conduit concealed in walls / floors/ ceiling etcwith and including metal flush boxes of suitable size and modular white plate with frame for mounting of fittings, modular type switches, regulator and also including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper cable green in colour as continuous earth continuity conductor and connecting to earth dolly,cutting chasis to the wall s/ floors/ ceiling and repairing with existing surface after work including taking down carefully unserviceable point wiring with fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling the ceiling fan complete of any type and size , cleaning, servicing, greasing to bearings checking of nuts bolts , safety split pin, bushes , capacitor and complete testing all as directed Note :- Expendable stores like cotton waste/cleaning materials, grease, lubricants, machine screws, safety split pin, bots/nuts and transportation to and from site to work place are deemed to be included in rate quoted

Dismantling all components of ceiling fan 1200mm sweep, cutting and removing burnt out copper wining from the rotor assy and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable gauge and turns with necessary insulation materials , varnishing, reassembling , greasing to bearing , replacing bushes, replacment of capacitor and complete testing all as directed. Note:- (a) The spares like ball bearing, capacitor and GM bush required for repair the ceiling fan will be measured and paid separately under respective item. (b) Expendable stores like cotton waste /cleaning materials, grease, lubricants, machine screws, safety split pin, bolts, nuts and transportation to and fro from site to work place are deemed to be included in rate quoted.
