Providing and fixing fly proof galvanized wire gauge to windows and clerestory windows using wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm all complete With 2nd class teak wood beading.

Renewing float glass panes of thickness 4 mm, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty.

Providing and fixing 25 mm thick PVC flush door shutters made out of a one piece Multi chamber extruded PVC section of the size of 762 mm X 25 mm or less as per requirement with an average wall thickness of 1 mm (± 0.3 mm). PVC foam end cap of size 23x10 mm are provided on both vertical edges to ensure the overall thickness of 25 mm. M.S. tube having dimensions 19 mm x 19 mm and 1.0 mm (± 0.1 mm) is inserted along the hinge side of the door.

Two coats distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification including preparing the surface smooth by scrapping, sand papering including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade with two or more coats on new work

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade on old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface including preparing the surface smooth by scrapping, sand papering including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Demolishing cement concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints as in roof surfaces and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Grading roof for water proofing treatment with Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand)

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufactured of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/5 cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane : 3 mm thick

Providing and fixing M.S. stays and clamps for PVC pipes of diameter : 100 mm

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC water pipes 110 mm diameter, Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion.
