(b) A detailed log of complaints with completion/non-completion remarks from users/MES will be maintained by the contractor and the same will be updated on daily basis in consultation with Engr-in-Charge or JE E&M as detailed. (c) The contractor will make suitable arrangement for emergency complaints and will notify auth rep/Engr-in-Charge about extraordinary circumstances for probable non-completion or delay in rectification of complaints beyond stated time limit set for disposal of complaint. In case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer will be final and binding in this regard. (d) The contractor will intimate MES authority well in advance if electric shutdown is required during rectification of complaints. (e) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of transportation and other expenses required for the resource deployment at the complaint site around scattered Military station at Secunderabad. Supply and fix self starter Motor, 12 volts, Make LUCAS or its equivalent make approved OEM of DG Set suitable for existing DG set capacity up to 82.5 KVA including making all necessary electrical/mechanical connection as per recommendation of OEM of DG Set & dismantling/taking out old unserviceable self starter Motor from existing position complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for Servicing of DG Set panel's MCCB Breaker indoor/outdoor type of any make/model/capacity, checking of switching ON/OFF & tripping system, checking of all electrical mechanical components of AMF panel and Setting the same for proper working of Breaker, testing of operation manually and auto mode complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:-All the mechanical parts are thoroughly cleaned by suitable cleaning agent & moving parts are properly lubricated

Supply, install, test, commissioning & run the DG set's Fly-wheel Ring of Fly-wheel Assembly of existing model, size suitable to DG Set of capacity up to 125 KVA including taking down old Unserviceable complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, install, test, commissioning & run the DG set's Fly-wheel Ring of Fly-wheel Assembly of existing model, size suitable to existing DG Set of capacity above 125kVA up to 250 KVA including taking down old Unserviceable complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnect the Radiator and kept aside safely and taking down the old unserviceable water pump from the existing engine of DG set any make/model, capacity up to 125 KVA supply and fixing of new water pump & kit, reassembling the same and refixing the pump to the engine of DG set, refixing Radiator and testing, including making all Electrical/mechanical connections, commissioning as per OEM recommendation complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Disconnect the Radiator and kept aside safely and taking down the old unserviceable water pump from the existing engine of DG set any make/model, capacity above 125KVA and up to 250 KVA supply and fixing of new water pump & kit, reassembling the same and refixing the pump to the engine of DG set, refixing Radiator and testing, including making all Electrical/mechanical connections, commissioning as per OEM recommendation complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, Fix & test run the DG set after replacing Diesel feeder Pump of existing model, size suitable to DG Set of capacity up to 125 KVA including taking down old unserviceable complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, Fix Diesel benjo Hose pipes of 1.0 Meter length with both edges brass clamps of existing model suitable to DG Set of capacity up to 125 KVA including taking down old unserviceable complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, Fix Diesel benjo Hose pipes of 1.0 Meter length with both edges brass clamps of existing model suitable to DG Set of capacity above 125kVA up to 250 KVA including taking down old unserviceable complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for repairs to Alternator of following DG Set, transporting the same to the OEM authorised service centre/work shop and carrying out the repairs such as taking out the burnt out winding and rewinding the alternator with copper wire of same gauge turns and weight, checking of commentator, brushes complete and refixing the same in its existing position after transporting back to the site and connecting up electric connections with suitable lugs complete and testing all as specified and directed. Note: Copper winding material will be measured and paid separately under relevant Item

Up to 100 KVA capacity

Supply only High conductivity copper conductor winding material including necessary insulation material as required for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L taking down defective Turbo Charger Assembly duly disconnecting the mechanical and electrical connections from DG Set, opening and thoroughly checking to carry out repairs complete to the Turbo Charger Kit and spares as required at site including any mechanical and reassembling and refixing the turbo charger assembly to its original position and reconnecting the same for the following capacities including testing complete all as specified and directed.
