Repair & maintenance of 350/450 mm NB ash slurry pipe lines inside / outside of power house boundary by electric welding (Generator charges shall be paid extra as per offered rate for the work outside the boundary of power house)

Gas cutting of ash pipe/clamp/thrust plate/collar etc.

Attending heavy leakage from ash pipes by changing V-J coupling and rubber gaskets.

Replacement of worn out / eroded 450 mm NB ash pipe with new / healthy pipes.

Servicing of air release vents / valve including replacement of worn out parts and gasket of the flange.

Providing generator for welding work beyond power house boundary.

Jointing of two or more available pieces of 450 mm NB MS pipes to make the required length of pipe.

Fabrication and erection of new steel structure / support /plate form by using MS angle / channel / plates / tubes or any type of steel section along the ash slurry pipe line / other areas as specified.

Replacement of pipe line size 350 mm Nb

Dismantling of pipe line size

Cutting of pipe line in periphery size 350 mm Nb

Transportation of pipe up to 2 km

Making of joints for fabrication of pipe of required length from the pieces of pipe of size 350 mm Nb

Replacement of complete sleeve coupling/ rubber gasket of ash pipe line size 350 mm Nb

Fabrication & erection of bend from 350mm/ 450mmNb ERW MS pipe line for ash slurry disposal pipe line as per site requirement.

Shifting of pipe axially for adjustment of gap between pipe of size
