S&F in repairs, suspended false ceiling using E-grid 2430, 180 GSM (exposed ceiling suspension system ) of grid size 600mmx600 mm with main runner 38 mm x 24 mm and wall angle 24mm x 24mm using 4mm thick High Pressure stean Crude Non Asbestos Fiber Cement plain Board (E-Board Classic) in & including a grid of GI system duly suspended with 4mm dia GI wire hanger fixed with steel dash fasteners or iron purlin from the roof with adjustment clip providing positions for light fixtures,air conditioning diffuser and ducts ,sprinkler ,smoke detectors etc.The main runners to be secured to structural soffits by hanger @ 1220 mm maximum c/c. the last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be placed at more than 450mm from the adjucent wall,Flush fitting 1220 mm cross tee to be interlocked between main runners @ 610mm c/c,so as to form 600mm x 600 mm grid complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Brick work with old subclass 'B' bricks, laid flat in floors bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down steel rolling shutter, area of each shutter exceeding 10.00 sqm but not exceeding 20.00 sqm each of any type and description including cover, anchoring rod, rolling and puling system etc and carrying out neccessary repair/ replacement work to defective components and reassembling the rolling shutter including greasing, welding, drilling where required and refixing the shutter in the existing location and making functional to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge complete all as directed. ( Note: The materials replaced under this item shall be measured and paid seperately as " Supply only" under relevent items of this schedule. The shutter shall be removed carefully alongwith its accessories without damaging the adjacent structure. All the defective parts to be repaired/ replaced under this item shall lay out at site for proper verification and approval of the Engineer in charge and shall be repaired /Replaced only after prior approval of the Engineer in charge. Necessary greasing easing will be done to the appropriate parts/ spares/ fixtures for smooth functioning of the shutter.

Supply only 100 mm dia 450 mm long SWG 'O' high tensile spring conforming to relevent IS all as specified and as directed.

Supply only roller of steel pipe (shaft) confirming to heavy duty of size 50 mm nominal bore all as specified and as directed.

Supply only ball bearing of No 6213/6214 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only locking plate made of 3.15 mm thick reinforced with mild steel angle section not less than 35 x 35 x 5 mm size bottom complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only guide channel made of mild steel deep channel section not less than 3.15 mm thick depth of channel 75 mm complete all as specified and as directed.
