Taking out the existing unserviceable LT Panel and Supply , installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor type,weather proof, LT Panel board made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA steel sheet mounted on 60 cm long legs made out of 40 x 40 x 6 mm equal angle,embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 bocks of size 15x15x20 cm , front and back openable,double door openable up to minimum 150 deg. & removable type having magnetic catche system, lockable / openable by keys from both sides having chromium plated locks, louvers and air vent gaskets for natural air flow suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts 50 Hz ,factory febricated with suitable foamed-in PU gasket to make it dust/vermin proof , IP 54 protection, Powder coated and prewired as per standard engineering practice, the panel manufacturer should have got any one of the panel tested at CPRI earliest for short circuit current of 50 KA for one second and similar design and technology shall be adopted for fabrication of panel copy of CPRI test report shall be produce to GE along with a certificate from manufacturer of the panel that the similar design and standard have followed in these panels.complete ,suitable cable glands for cable entry. The panel shall be suitable to accomodate the following equiptments :-

Automatic street light control switch of 8 KW three phase using Infrared sensor based Nature Switch for automatic switching of street light. Nature switch operation should be based on Natural Light Lux*level. Reqd illuminance level also have part night operation facility for min 4 hrs to max 12 hrs. The sensor along with suitabe rating power contractor (s), one Incoming and three Outgoing MCBs rating of 20-32 Amps & main load circuit wiring (copper) of min 10 sqmm should be enclosed in a pole/wall mountable rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade thermoplastic polycarbonate enclosure conforming to IP66 protection class-2 (Hansel make). Supply ,fabricating and fixing in repairs cross arms ( any type) supports, bracing, stiffeners anti climbing spikes etc made out of MS channel, angle iron, flat of any size including drilling of holes making clamps including eye hooks, nuts bolts and washers etc welding if required including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

LED bollard lights of 11 watt capacity all as specified and dirfected by Engr-in-Charge. Make Wipro Cat Part No- LB-13-131-SPK-65-08 or equivalent make of CG/Phillips. Note- Necessary Grouting for fixing of bollard and taking down unserviceable bollard light deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.

Post top Lantern pure polyster UV resistant powder coated die cast aluminium housing with clear diffuser uniform illumination of 20W capacity LED type and taking down unserviceable post top lantern complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge. Make : Wipro Cat Part No.- LP07-501-XXX-57-CL/ Havells Cat Part No-CORALPT25WLED75PSYMTOPC. Note: Necessary grouting for fixing of PT lantern & taking down unserviceable fittings to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.

LT UG cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 100 volts grade of cross sectional area 16sqmm 4 core including taking down unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge. Note :- Earth work shall be measured & Paid separately.

PVC insulated 1.5 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor cable from junction box to light fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge.

GI tubing, light grade, 50mm including necessary clamps for the protection of the cable, laid in trenches/under road/path including taking down unserviceable pipecomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Moduler box made of FRP/impact resistance plastic & heat resistance incl MCB 20 Amps DP and connector terminal block 4 pole including taking down unserviceable junction box. Make : Sintex/Hensel

Note :-1. Cost of following items are deemed to be included in unit rate. a.20 mm nominal bore light grade GI pipe for provision of watering. b. Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal. c. Testing of earthing.

Supply and fixing Copper strip 50X 6mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Earthing with GI earth plate electrode 600x600x6.3mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25M deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5M below ground level connected to GI strip 32x6mm thick for earthing lead fixed by means of nuts, bolt, washers etc connected to earth test point complete all as specified in electrical plate No 3 of SSR 1996 part 1, including necessary excavation and earth work in any strata of soil, common salt, charcoal dust, 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe for protection to earth lead, GI water pipe 20mm dia with funnel & wire mesh, PCC pit with CI cover and frame etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
