Installation of High Mast, Providing Security Guard and Telephone Operator and Construction of 11/0.4 KV, 1x400 KVA Temporary Sub-Station on Trolly during Magh Mela 2024

Following works are required to be carried out for Installation of High Mast in Complete Mela area during Magh Mela-2023-24, with carriage of pole, lights and cable from naini store to mela and return to naini store after dissmantling.

Erection of 11 mtr long stp (Provided by department)

Installation of 4 nos. 245-260 watt LED fittings on erected 11 mtr stp with the help of constructed round structure of 50x50x6mm ms angle with nut & bolts.

Connection of high mast 245/260, four no. fitting to nearest line by 4x16 sq mm L.T. cable & maintanence during entire mela period.

Providing Security Guards (Dandadhari) and Telephone Operator during Magh Mela 2023-24

Providing Security Guards (Dandadhari) for watch and ward of the Store, Substation and V.I.P. Camp in three shifts for (w.e.f. 15.01.2024 to 24-02-2024) Rate to be entered for 40 days.

Providing complaint attendent/Telephone Operator in at Camp Office three shifts for (w.e.f. 01.01.2024 to 24.02.2024) (1 No. x 3 Shift x 90 days ) Rate to be entered for 40 days.

Construction of 11/0.4 KV, 1x400 KVA Temporary Sub-Station on Trolly & Laying of L.T. Cable from transformer to concern camp in entire mela area as per requirment in magh mela 2023-2024 and its maintenance during Mela period (lugs and nut bolt washer will provided by contractor on rental basis)

Carriage of 400 KVA Transformer with Trolly from naini Store and its installation, earthing of transfarmer body and neutral. After completion of Mela all material is to be dismantled and returned to naini store.

Installation of D.O. fittings on the top portion of trolly and connection with HT line with 70mm DD wire This also include dismantling of the same after Mela including loading, carriage and unloading of material from naini store to site of work and return back to naini Store after Mela.

Erection of LT Cubical box/Tailess unit with fixing all accessories near double pole and dismantling after mela.(On rental basis)

Laying of L.T. PVC cable 3.5x400/240 sq mm or equivalent size and connection with nearest camp/ area which also include maintenance and dismantling of cable after Mela including carriage from naini Store to site of work and back carriage from site of work to naini Store.
