Material and labour for formwork to chullah hoods, chajjas,troughs and similar items including edges for rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for Form work to soffits of suspended slab such as roof slabs, floors slabs, landing & similar work not exceeding 200 mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified & all as directed .

Taking down cement plaster, at any description on brick wall or concrete surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. to receive plaster complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in two coats first coated shall be 10mm thick and second coat/finishing coat shall be 5mm thick over brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished fair and even using water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement or as per manufactures instruction,complete all as specified and directed. NOTE-: WPC shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directred

Taking up or down steel tubing 15mm bore and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified

Material and labour for laying Non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick ( square/rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm / (300 mm x 300 mm) as in floors set and jointed in cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm and pointed in white or colour cement to match the surfaces of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for fixing or laying glazed ceramic white coloured tiles 300 x 200 x 7 mm thick as in vertical surfaces,such as skirting ,dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coour cement to match. The surface of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for laying non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding of cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick over brick walls or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1: 3 as backing of skirting and dado etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 40mm bore low density polyethylene pipe (LDPE) of pressure rating 6 Kgf/cm2 fixed complet to walls, ceillings or in floors etc includign taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs viterous china squatting pan orrissa pattern of size 580 x 440 mm white with integral foot rest and connecting to trap etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) WC connector complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Pillar taps, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high preassure, with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, screwed for 15 mm dia iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Stop valves, cast copper alloy, fancy type ,chromium plated screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends fo 15 mm bore dia iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs gun metal globe or gate valves with iron wheel head screwed both ends for15 mm bore dia iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fixing in repairs 15mm Bib taps, cast copper alloy chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for15 mm bore dia iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 100 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick on concrete surfaces in cement mortor 1:4 mixed with water proofing treatment.@ 3% by wt of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Repair to RCC roof to prevent leakage/seepage etc comprisising of following operations:- (a) Prepration of surface :- Remove all loose gravel, dirt, oil, grease and foreign matter by jet of dry air and clean the surface mechanically or by grinding to make it smooth before application. Repair all cracks by cutting “V” groove and fill with PMC mortar prepared in the ratio of ShaliCrete : Cement : Sand (1: 2 : 5). Provide 50 mm x 50 mm coving made out of PMC mortar as above. Sealing all joints and J hooks placed before applying a primer coat of ShaliUrethane BTD over it. GI sheet needs to scrub with hard wire brush for removing all dust.

(b) Prime the surface with a mixture of ShaliUrethane® BTD white and potable water in the ratio of 1 : 1 and apply @400 grms / sqm of the mixture and allow it to touch dry

(c).Providing and Applying first Coat of water dispersed polyurethane liquid membrane ShaliUrethane BTD white of M/S STP Limited at the rate of 1 kg /Sqm with a elastomeric property having excellent UV resistance over 500% Elnogation, Service Temp from minus 20°C to 100°C , the material will be in white colour and have water absorption less than 0.5% and have SRI of 109. ShaliUrethane BTD has fast drying properties and Algae/ Moss Resistant in nature. It can be applied by brush or roller.

(d). Supply and apply ShaliGeo Fibre Glass mat of 40 GSM with an overlap of 50 mm on both sides over first coat when the surface is tacky

(e). Providing and Applying second Coat of water dispersed polyurethane liquid membrane” ShaliUrethane BTD white of M/S STP Limited at the rate of 1 kg /Sqm with a elastomeric property having excellent UV resistance over 500% Elnogation, Service Temp from minus 20°C to 100°C, the material will be in white colour and have water absorption less than 0.5% and have SRI of 109. . ShaliUrethane BTD has fast drying properties and Algae/ Moss Resistant in nature. It can be applied by brush or roller.

Material and labour for providing, cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling water tanks of capacity exc 250 & n exc 500 litres and removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 500 litres capacity with all fittings of GI (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoilsted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs sheet glass shelf assembly consisting of 5.5mm thick sheet glass shelf 12 cm wide with chromium plated bracket guard and railing 60 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs towel rail 600mm long of PTMT fixed with and including chromium plated brass screws and wooden / plastic cleats. (minimum weight 190 gms) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs grating round 140mm size of PTMT. (Minium weight 50 gms) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (firbr, pulp, insulation, etc.,) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for perforated particle board/tiles16mm thick ,for insulation and accoustic purposes, 60 x 60 cm in size, fixed with nails to timber frame work or with staples on snap grid complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605 x 605 mm for falseceiling including hangers 6 mm dia. G.I (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs / existing roof ceiling by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I flat 40 x 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia 40 mm long complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing pre-laminated particle board, 18/19 mm thick interior grade prelaiminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work and including walls panelling and lining complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for 40 mm thick cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub- base of floor comple all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge or any thickness in roof covering/wall cladding ete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall ,fixed with self tapping screwscomplete all spcified and directed.
