Total Amount of Sch 'A' Part - IX (DESIGN, SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF CLEAN ROOM (CLASS-1000) FACILITIES. Design, supply, install, test and commissioning of Clean room facilities class 1000 (1K) in the existing building of size (LxBxH) : 10.06 m x 10.925m x 3.60m At Dhar Road, Udhampur (as per drawing attached)with the following specifications :- The Clean room should be design to maintain 24 degree C ± 4% with relative humidity 50%±5% and 150-240 Air changes per hour. Electrical load, equipment load and other conditions of the room including occupancy, working hours, etc are given in the parametes for consideration for design of clean roomas mentioned at para 46 of Sch 'A' Notes. Water cooled scroll chiller having branded two nos scroll compressors per machine with necessary controls, shell & tube type evaporator & condensers, microprocessor control panel complete in all respects, factory fitted, of minimum capacity as per designed by manufacturer for class 1000 clean room facilities of tonnage capacity as per the recom of OEM & vetting by IIT/NIT/ Govt Engg College (02 x compressor i.e one working & one standby) alongwith Scroll chiller, pumps like chilling water, centrifugal etc, cooling tower, AHU’s, air distribution, pipelines with connected accessories, gauges, all as required and recommended in design and vetted by IITs/NITs/any govt engineering collage having adequate facility staff. The design to also incl all weather, dehumidification, air curtain, air shower (for Material Air Lock & Personal Air Lock), all water storage, electrical connections incl cables, filters PUF wall paneling 80mm thick, false ceiling, dynamic pass box, electro static discharge flooring 2 mm thick, HEPA filters, heating strips and all connected materials, all MS piping works incl insulation as required for clean room incl panels, starters, earthing. Total nos of compressor unit to be installed are two (one working and one as stand by).

The scope of Job Includes:- (i) Design, Supply, transportation, unloading at site, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of all weather (all seasons) HVAC system for clean room based on chilled water system as per following details:- (aa) The contractor shall get the detailed design carried out by any of the manufacturers mentioned below of the A/C plant/ Clean Room facilities and also the execution be carried out by any of the company mentioned in Appx 'E'. (ab) The compressors to be installed in the work must be manufactured by any of the above firms. However, other components shall be as per the recommendation of the manufacturer of the compressor. (ac) Installation ,Testing, Commissioning of Air shower for Material Air Lock (MAL) & Personal Air Lock (PAL) as shown in the drg No CWE DR/WD/04/2022 of suitable size as per recom of manufacturer.

(ac) Design for clean room will be submitted by contractor before commencement of work by reputed manufacturer's duly vetted by IITs/NITs/Govt engineering college having adequate facility staff. Accordingly compressor capacity will be finalised as required for class 1000 cleanroom. (ad) Design will be approved by a BOO as ordered by accepting officer before commencement of work. (ii) Prior to completion of work the contractor shall test the clean room from any govt authorised lab or any other agency approved by Army/EME/MES in the present of GE, rep of accepting officer, user's rep and IEM for all parameters and test result duly authenticated by all will be submitted to the accepting officer (iii) All civil wk ie ceiling, flooring, PUF wall paneling 80mm thick and ESD flooring 2 mm thick etc will be considered in this respective schedule. (iv) The existing bldg divided into parts (as per drawing attached). Half part will be used as clean room (Class-1000) and other part will be used as passage area alongwith normal air cooled AC (Ref Drg No CWE DR/WD/04/2022) with the following details:-

(aa) Clean Room:- Dhumification, air shower, MAL/PAL, filters, PUF paneling 80 mm thick, false ceiling dynamic pass box, Hepa filters, ducting with insulation, electro static discharge flooring 2 mm thick, Heater strip. (ab) Passage/office area size (10.925 x 5.03 m) :- Normal AC cooling, Air curtain etc.

18/20 W LED TUBE LED tube fitting, 4 ft long, having minimum 1850 lumens with extruded engineering plastic housing , polycarbonate diffuser, G-13 polycarbonate end caps suitable for with and including 18Watt LED tube. The LED with 120 degree view angle > 102 lumen/watt, lumen maintenance >70% at 50000 hrs , colour temperature of 5000-6500K, >70 colour rendering. The driver must be integrated APFC and constant type having THD<20% and power factor > 0.9 with reverse polariy protection and open circuit protection with pattern fitting including making electrical connections with twin core twisted flexible copper wire of suitable size all as directed.

Supply, hoist & fix Ceiling fan of 1200 mm sweep BEE Energy efficient, 230 volts single phase and provisioning of flexible copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm of required length from ceiling rose to ceiling fan for giving connection complete, all as specified and directed.

Exhaust fan with louvers of size 450mm sweep, 900 RPM, 230 volts (single phase) complete with bolts, nuts & washers, embedded in the wall including provision of three core flexiable copper cord of size 23/0.0076 of required length from ceiling rose or connector to Exhaust fan for connection, complete all as specified & directed.

45 W IP 66 LED street light luminaire comprising of Die Cast , aluminium housing with weather proof gasket for lamp and driver compartment with system wattage of 45 W + 10 % W .The LED shall be with 120 degree view angle > 102 lumen/watt, lumen maintenance >70% at 50000 hrs , colour temperature of 5000-6500K, >70 colour rendering and LM 80 test compliance . The driver must be integrated APFC and constant type having THD<15% and power factor > 0.95 with short circuit protection , reverse polariy protection ,open circuit protection and high voltage protection, protection against 5 KV high surges and comply with IEC 60598-1, IEC-61000-3-2, IEC 61547. The luminiare must have secondary optics with perfectly matched lens for better light control including making electrical connections with twin core twisted flexible copper wire of suitable size all as directed.

Bracket made out of 40mm bore GI tubing ' light grade' including bending, provision of cap fabricated out of 4mm thick MS sheet, length of pipe not less than 1.2 m, for fixing on pole including clamps for fixing of brackets suitable for PCC/ steel pole complete all as specified and as directed.

XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor rating 1100 volts grade of size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core, laid in trenches or passing through pipes/ducts or fixed to walls/poles complete all as specified. (Note:- Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning will be measured and paid for separately).

XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor rating 1100 volts grade of size 35 Sqmm 3.5 core, laid in trenches or passing through pipes/ducts or fixed to walls/poles complete all as specified. (Note:- Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning will be measured and paid for separately).

XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor rating 1100 volts grade of size 25 Sqmm 4 core, laid in trenches or passing through pipes/ducts or fixed to walls/poles complete all as specified. (Note:- Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately).

Supply, laying, jointing and connecting XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded , galvanised steel strip armoured, heavy duty electric cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor rating 11000 volts (earthed) grade of size 95 Sqmm 3 core, laid in trenches or passing through pipes/ducts or fixed to walls/poles complete all as specified. (Note: Earth work, brick/PCC cover protection and sand cushioning will be measured and paid for separately).

Supply and fixing lightning arrestor HT 11 KV , 65 KA station class complete all as specified.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of 200 KVA capacity Transformer powder coated duly painted, step down, 11/0.433 KV supply, copper wound, outdoor type, AC supply, 3 phase, 4 wire 50 HZ, oil immersed naturally cooled with external cooling tubes, core type delta connected on primary (HV side) and star connected on secondary (LV side) having tapping of ± 2.5% to ± 7.5% (7 tapping) to be charged by means of hand operating off load tap changing gear including first filling of oil, all standard fittings such as breather unit, drain out valve conservator tank of suitable capacity with level indicator, exhaust vent, temperature gauge etc and accessories and mounting complete all as specified in Is-2026. Transformer shall also comprise of following:- (i) Silica gel breather with oil seal (ii) Pressure release valve. iii) Oil temperature indicator with alarm and trip control. (iv) LT side box suitable for cable connection, HT side suitable for connection with HT conductor/ HT cable as per site requirement.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of air cooled Diesel Engine driven gernerating set of capacity 200 KVA output , 50 HZ at 1500 RPM, 0.8 PF, 3 phase, 4 wire complete with sound proof canopy as per CPC board guideline mounted on common base plate with flexible coupling, meeting the requirement of latest BS/IS and complete in all respect with the following:- (a) Prime Mover:- Prime mover suitable for driving alternator air cooled having the BHP suitable for rated output of alternator in accordance with latest BS/IS specification with electric starting device with all standard fittings and 02 Nos batteries of 12 volts 180 AH each. Engine over speed safety mechanism shall be incorporated. The engine shall be equiped with all standard fittings as per manufacturer's recommendations. (b) Engine Instrumental Panel:- All relevant parameters shall be conventionally displayed on complete panel thereby providing easy mounting of lubricant oil pressure, coolant temperature, battery charging alternator Ammeter, RPM and hour meter, starting switch etc.

(c) Fuel Tank:- Fuel tank of 12 Hrs capacity shall be mounted as per maintenance requirement including all necessary pipe connections from fuel tank to engine and over from engine to tank 200 KVA output 3 phase, 50 HZ, 415 Volts, 4 wire, AC supply 0.8 power factor at 1500 RPM self regulated, self excited, screen protected and drip type continuously rated brush less type confoming to relevant IS/BS code as per current manufacturing shedule of standard manufacturer. (d) Engine Alternator:- Engine alternator shall be mounted on specially designed base plate of rigid welded construction with anti vibration pads. The engine and alternator shall be placed on foundation including necessary civil works for preparing of foundation are deemed under this item as per the manufacturer's recommendation/ site requirement. (e) AMF Control Panel:- AMF control panel shall be micro-processor based with all its accessories of suitable capacities will be provided as per standard manufacturing schedule of standard manufacturers.

Supply and install servo type voltage stabilizer of capacity 200 KVA, for automatic operation, three phase naturally oil cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 300 V to 480 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ± 2.5% and speed of correction 8 Volts per second including connection, oil and PCC foundation civil work complete all as specified.

Supply, intsllation, testing and commissioning of factory made LT Panel outdoor type cubical flush mounted suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire 50Hz of suitable size, fabricated out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet with IP-54 degree of protection, outdoor type powder coated with front and back opening doors incl shutters, with front and back door locking arrangement with bottom holes complete, having 60 cm long legs (MS Angle of size 50x50x6mm) inter connected with each other with flat iron angle on bottom surface and comprising of Bus bar solid aluminium four strip suitable for 800 Amps duly copper wiring, three phase and one neutral, and auxillary busbar to support main busbar and comprising of the following:- Incoming (i) MCCB 315 Amp 4 pole 415 volts 3 phase 50 Hz , 35KA-01 No Outgoing: (i) MCCB 200 Amp 4 pole 415 volts 3 phase 50Hz 35 KA-01Nos (ii) MCCB 100 Amp 4 pole 415 volts 3 phase 50Hz 35 KA-01Nos (iii) MCCB 63 amps 4 pole 415 volts 3 phase 50Hz, 25KA -02 No. Note:- Rate of civil work for preparation of foundation are deemed under this item. The Panel shall be CPRI approved make/manufacturer.

Disconnecting and shifting of existing voltage stablizer and from existing location to the desired location as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, transportation, errection and installation steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP - 55 (11 m long) complete with MS base plate of size 450x450x6mm thick at bottom, welded at the centre with through hole of 14mm dia at a height of 300mm above the coping finial cap and painted externally exposed surfaces with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer with writing number, including foundation base with PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) at bottom and PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for mass filling and pole coping (60 cm x60 cm x30cm) complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Excavation & earth work will be measured and paid for seperately)

Dismantling existing LT panel of any type and size and depositing the same in MES store yard, complete all as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Testing of clean room with main plant room on completion of defect liability period from any Govt authorised lab or any other agency approved by rep of accepting officer, user's rep for all parameters and test results duly authenticated by all, and submission of report to Aceepting officer complete.

Operation and maintenance of Clean room facilities with main plant room provided under this contract as per BOQ for 1 shifts of 8 hours each per day excluding sundays and Holidays by engaging one maintenance operator (ITI qualified with 2 to 3 years relevant experience in refrigeration mechanics) complete all as specified and as directed. by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes: The unit quoted rate shall also be deemed to include the following :- (i) Preventive and breakdown maintenance of all the equipments by regular oiling, greasing etc. (ii) To take care of house keeping, environmental cleanliness. Area upto 20m all around installation shall be kept absolutely neat and clean. (iii) To Maintain all installations provided under this contract as per IE rules/ Standard Engineering practice and maintain log book, attendance register, complaint register etc. (iv) Cost of consumable stores such as compressor oil, grease, lubricants, cotton waste and other connected stores etc. required for daily operation and routine maintenance. (v) Maint of all logbooks, uniform and date as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED luminaire 600mmx600mm, 35/36 watt, 220 V AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size.

Taking down and re-fixing of existing ceiling fans all as specified and directed

CREDIT SCHEDULE: Deduct credit schedule Part-XI Rs. 36,135.25 (Minus) as listed in Schedule. Note: Tenderers will not quote against this item being a firm amount. Contract lump Sum will be worked out after deducting the credit schedule amount.
