Supply of 12.5 Mtr. High Mast lighting system with its accessories. Mast shaft shall be in two sections with steel material confirming to BSEN 10025 and material shall be high tensile steel, grade S355, hot dip galvanised onfirming to BSEN ISO 1461 and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875. It shall also include accessories for high mast including head frame, 2 continuos steel wire rope 6 mm. dia (7/19 construction), trailing cable, double arm winch, Galvanised Lantern carriage arrangement suitable for 6 luminaries 'symmetrically & its control gear (Make of gear box: New Allen Berry works/ Chandra Gear/ Elcon Engineering/ Shanti Engineering/ or any reputed company) boxes and lightning finial. The mast shall have an integral powertool installed inside the base compartment for its operation along with Supply & Fixing of Cu Cable of power tool motor, wiring for luminaries, Anchor Plate, Foundation Bolt, Nut, Washer, Common Template all complete. Erection of high mast on RCC foundation with M 20 grade concreteconsidering actual SBC of soil, with the help of suitable modern engg. Tools and plants, wiring of luminaries with all wiring materials like PVC insulated flexible cable of suitable copper conductor core of 1.5 sq. mm lugs, 10 nos. 6A MCB along with construction of shallow foundation with M20 grade concrete for high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity as per site condition, as per manufacturers design. Supplying and delivery of 200 W LED flood light fitting with secondary optics made in pressure die cast housing with heat sink & aluminium extrusion and IP66 protection. Make:Philips Lighting India Ltd. Model No: BVP410 LED 210 CW HE NB FG S3 XT or any Equivalent model of any reputed make, conforming to technical specification and latest accreditation. LM-79 and LM-80 report to be provided conforming to latest NABL accreditation. Driver of LED to be potted and BIS approved. LED should have warrantee for 5 years.

Supply of twin dome aviation obstruction lights of Min 2 X 100W GLS Lamp/ 2 X 40 W LED/ 1 X Neon Spiral with neon spiral lamp. Make: Philips/ Bajaj

Earthing with 65 mm dia GI pipe (TATA-Medium)x 3.0 Mts. long and 1 No. 50 mm x 6 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) steel strip (4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including finishing both ends by making holes etc. and S & F 65 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. For Soft Soil Installation of the feeder to be done by the earth cutting, brick soiling and cc foundation as required & sand filling,ramming and muffing around the feeder piller box by brick and cement morter work as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and delivery of 1.1 KV grade 4 C X 16 Sqmm XLPE insulated and pvc sheathed aluminium armoured Cable. As per IS 7098.

Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Supply and fixing of 1 -5 AMP SP MCB‘C' Series MCB (Make L & T) or as per direction of EIC to be placed on a din channel on the bakalite sheet at suitable location of Pole after supply and installation of Bakalite sheet, Din Channel and supply and fixing of Terminal connector at the suitable location of the pole.

Connection of luminaire with 3C X 1.5 Sqmm pvc insulated FR copper conductor (ISI marked) through poles from looping box to light fittings as required.

Supply and fixing of 40 mm dia Medium Gauge G.I pipe with necessary fittings and jointing materials required.

Laying only Cable upto 50 sqmm through existing RCC/Hume/ GI Pipe/open masonary trench for single, 2, 3, 3½ & 4 core.

Supplying, laying of HDPE pipes, rates of HDPE pipes GRADE - PE80 (PN-10.0), OD-50mm and ID- 40.8mm

Supply and erection of concrete Sign Board (written on white marbel plate), painting with details of the work as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Meter box of size 750 X 550 X 300 mm made of 4 mm thick CRCA steel sheet outdoor type with top canopy, sides having lovers for ventilation, single door, weather proof epoxy painted, complete with installation of 32 Amp Main switch arrangement as per direction of engineer-in-charge. Installation of the feeder to be done by the earth cutting, brick soiling and cc foundation as required & sand filling, ramming and muffing around the feeder pillar box by brick and cement mortar work as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below: b) 4 Core X 16 Sqmm

Finishing of the XLPE/PVC insulated armored cable ends by soldering with cable sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, soldering materials, tapes etc. and making connection to switch, BDB and BBC etc. b) 4 core 16 sq.mm cable

Supply & fixing of GI (Hot Dip) strips 20 mm x 3 mm thick for vertical run on wall with GI saddles spaced not exceeding 1000 mm apart incl. mending good damages to building work

Painting of foundation structure of pole after cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint of Concrete foundation.. (i) One coat of priming. (ii) 1st coat of synthetic enamel paint over the primer. (iii) 2nd coat of synthetic enamel paint over the 1st coat.
