Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement lime mortar or cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.

M&L Fly ash brick 75 kg/cmsq compressive strength. old size , in slaight or curved on pian exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

Ditto as per item No. 2 but except bricks. Note : All type bricks retrieved from item No. 01 will be used under this item.

M&L for boulder pitching ,grouted with cement and sand mortar 1:6 with random rubble complete all as directed.

Ditto as per Item No. 04 but except stone grouted with cement and sand mortar 1:6 with random rubble complete all as directed.

M&L walling of random rubble, uncoursed ,well bonded,bedded and solidly hearted,built in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and direcetd.

Ditto as per item No. 06 but except stone built in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and direcetd.

M&L for raised pointing to random rubble masonary built in CM 1:4 including racking out joints in existing stone masonry complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) on other than fair faces of brick work or stone masonry surfaces.

Demolition of cement concrete un reinforced of any description & any position and disposing of the rubbish materials in low lying areas of defence land all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40mm graded stone agreaget as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for . water troughs and the like including necessary form work, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed

M&L for preparing new surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer as per manufacturers instruction including use of scaffoldings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix PVC soil, waste and rain water (SWR) drainage pipes 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes in any length , laid in trenches Including taking down pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken stone or boulders Hand packing (any thickness) at back of walls over arches, etc. and raising (or lowering) to the required level

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil

Ditto as per item No. 16 but exc 1.5 m and not exc 3.0m

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering ) earth/sand-saw dust mix, spreading in layers n exc.30cm thick ; ,ramming and finishing to required size,shape,etc, n exc.1.5m high from base.

All as per item No. 18 here-in-before, but height exc.1.50 M but n.exc. 3.00 M.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point.

Supply only screened river sand and saw dust mixed in proportion 1:4 (1 part saw dust and 4 part sand) for forming embankments of firing ranges, including depositing and stacking the same complete all as directed. Note :- (i) For payment punned thickness only will be measured. (ii) Mixing of sand and saw dust shall be carried out at site under supervision of Engineer-in-Charge to ensure the said proportion.

Note:- The amount against the Schedule of Credit mentioned in the tender document shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance.
