Material and labour for construction of stone masonary valve pit size 90x90x120 cm (internal dimension) built in cement mortal 1:4 incl plastering 20 mm thick internally and externally in CM 1:4 PCC 1:4:8 TYPE D-2 15 Cm thick in foundation extending 10 cm beyond external faces of wall around PCC flooring 1:2:4 type B-1, 40mm thick cover made out of 3.15 mm thick MS round bar and locking arrangement with lock 2 keys. MS sheet cover should be painted with two coats enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and direted by Engr-in-Charge.
