Running Maintenance and Operation of Electrical and Mechanical Services, Pump Set, DG Set and Passenger Lift installed at College of Art, Tilak Marg, New Delhi (SH- Routine Maintenance and Operation of various Electrical and Mechanical Services).

SH-I (RMO of E&M Services) Routine maintenance and attending day to day complaints of electrical installations and compound/street lights including repairing the wiring and lighting fixture complete with carrying out the daily drill comprising of cleaning of the electrical installation, lodging of electrical complaint in the complaint register, testing the insulation resistance, earth resistance, rectification of faults, up keeping and preventive maintenance of E.I. etc. and providing assistance to the Engineer-in-Charge during breakdown maintenance complete with replacement of worn-out parts issued by the department to the contractor alongwith running maintenance & operation and general upkeep & cleaning of DG sets comprising of engine, alternator with auto start panel/AMF panel & allied accessories for maintaining essential power supply, as and when required, on account of failure of main electrical power supply/load shedding including periodical checking of DG set for their proper functioning alongwith minor repair works, as and when required and recording reading in log book by deploying following staff on working days excluding Sunday & Holidays as per terms & condition attached etc. complete as required. Providing services for routine maintenance & operation of 4 Nos. Passengers Lift (1 No. Kone make and 3 Nos. Johnson make) for smooth operation and routine checking to ensure proper functioning of passenger lift & providing immediate assistance during emergency situation by deploying adequately trained & experienced following staff on working days excluding Sunday & Holidays, as per terms & condition attached etc. complete as required. (a) Lift Operator - 4 Nos.

Sub Head-II (Miscellaneous Electrical Work) Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed steel conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. (a) Group C

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required. (a) 2 X 1.5 sq. mm + 1 X 1.5 sq. mm earth wire

(b) 2 X 4 sq. mm + 1 X 4 sq. mm earth wire

(c) 2 X 6 sq. mm + 1 X 6 sq. mm earth wire

Rewiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable as earth wire in existing surface/ recessed steel conduit including dismantling as required.(a) Group C

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS/HFFR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required. (a) 3 x 1.5 sq. mm
