PART - I - CIVIL WORKS

Providing and fixing precoated with high durable polyester paint G.I CRCA 0.5 mm (min) thick steel sheets manufactured by M/s. Essar/ Jindal steel sheets make in SR-25 module of Stucco fixing over RCC roof on M S frame at all floor and locations,including bending at required angle, including necessary ridges and gable ends, valley and over lapping shall be 200 mm, fixing the sheet with self tapping SS Screws fixed with machine with bituminous washers/ GI bolt of 8 mm dia. The base metal shall be CRCA Steel having minimum yield strength of 240 MPa and minimum UTS of 280 MPa, Galvanized to 120 gsm zinc coating mass (total both sides) as per I S: 277 or conforming to AS: 3566 Class 3 of rust shield/ corroshield make including grouting over RCC slab/ columns/ Cast- in- situ PCC blocks in line level and level, at all levels including necessary scaffolding etc. complete all as per approved drawing and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Supplying and fixing supporting frame using Galvanised Iron section work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc. for cladding work at all levels and locations as per site condition, drawing and pattern as required at site, embedding inside masonry/ concrete wall, cutting of reinforcement if any including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position using 10 dia. Anchor fasterners of M/s Hilti and applying zinc coating of 460 gsm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 including welding and bolted with special shaped washers including necessary scaffolding etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

Providing and fixing structural steel using angles, flat, plates and lugs etc. at all levels and locations as per design and pattern as required at site, embedding inside masonry/ concrete wall, cutting of reinforcement if any including painting structural steel with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make and one coat of approved steel primer, fabrication, welding including necessary scaffolding etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

Extra for making service door in head room cladding using GI steel & sheet ( GI steel & sheet will be paid under relevant item) including provoding & fixing 3 nos. haeavy duty SS hinge (100 mm size), 1 no 250 mm long heavy quality SS aldrop etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC.

Cement plastering of specified thickness in single and/or double layers, using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix mortar of approved make minimum composition of C:S is 1:4 suitable for internal /external plastering to wall and ceiling finished smooth over brick / stone / concrete surfaces at all floors and levels, including scaffolding, curing, removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and making plastered surface smmoth with neat cement and/or sand faced as per requirement and disposal of debris at directed place within Anushaktinagar etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by EIC.

20 mm thick sand faced cement plaster using ready mix mortar, in two layers.

Repairs to damaged RCC structural members at all locations/ floors using polymer modified cementatious mortar, for strengthening the existing RCC structural members using polymer (deptt. supply at fixed rate) and comprising the following operations: i) Breaking cracked/ spalled concrete members along the cracks with plaster, including removing and stacking of all unserviceable material at site, simultaneous transportation and disposal of debris outside colony etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge. ii) Exposing and cleaning the reinforcement thoroughly by light tapping/ wire brushing of using strong emery paper and finally by acetone. iii) Applying a coat of polymer and cement slurry in the ratio 1:1.5 by volume to the reinforcement bars.

a) Building up with polymer modified cementatious mortar for RCC structural members etc. in layers not exceeding 20 mm in a day (proportion – cement 50 Kg. : Silica sand 125 Kg. : polymer liquid 10 ltrs.) with necessary bond coat (polymer : Cement = 1:1 by volume) for tack coat and also for subsequent layers using polymer including curing, covering the flooring/ window with tarpaulins or equivalent covering material to avoid deposition of polymer mortar and cleaning of floor/ windows thoroughly on completion of repair work etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

Painting plastered / concrete surfaces with two coats of exterior grade acrylic emulsionpaint of Apex ultima of M/s.Asian Paints ofapproved colour and shade over a coat ofapproved exterior grade primer of M/s. Asian Paints all as per manufacturer's recommendations and as per the approved sample including providing necessary scaffolding, cleaning the surface with water to remove all coating, dust, filling up cracks & crevices with approved putty, curing the surface etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge

Providing, laying at all location plain cement concrete of mix 1:2:4 using graded stone aggregate of 20 mm max. size including mixing, compaction, finishing, curing, form work etc. at all levels including necessary scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

Providing & Applying seamless Acrylic based chemical waterproofing system with minimum 1 mm DFT (dry film thickness excluding thickness of membrance) including surface preparation as per general notes, including providing & applying crack filler & sealer, primer coat, reinforcing membrane ( minimum 45 GSM) and multiple layers of chemical coat ( 2 to 3 coats as per manufacturer's specification with minimum consumption @ 1.6 +/- 5 % kg per sqm), removing the existing damaged water proofing treatment completely ( by machine polishing & grinding), washing by water jet, cleaning, all complete as per the manufacturers specifications and as directed by EIC, using any of the following waterproofing systems 1) Smartcare Damp Proof of M/s Asian paints 2) Dr. Fixit Newcoat of M/s Pidilite 3) Brushbond Roof Guard of M/s Fosroc 4) ShaliCryl® LM HI of M/s STP Limited, all confirming to the following technical requirements: Physical/Chemical properties: Sp. Gravity : 1 +/- 0.2 Solid content & Tensile Strength : as per manufacture specifications. Tensile Strength @ 14 days : 0.5N/mm2 to 1.0 N/mm2 Elongation : 100% minimum UV Resistant : continuous 500 hrs (min) as per ASTM D4587 Tested as per manufacture specifications

Thermo Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D manufactured by SAIL, TATA STEEL and RINL or other approved make conforming to IS 1786.
