The department reserves the right to issue any amendment to the work order as emergency demands or allow of altogether cancel the contract without assigning any reason. The department reserves the right to delete / add any item.

The extra/ substitute items will not be allowed against this work without the prior approval of the competent authority.

Security shall be deducted on each running/ Final bill of the firm

The firm shall ensure, the availability a licensed electrician/ supervisor/ qualified Engineer during the erection, testing and commissioning.

The contractor will have to produce invoice/ gate pass of the manufacturer for major items of material to be installed against S/E of work for genuine of the material.

The firm shall be quote the rates inclusive all the taxes/ GST whatever required and no extra payment shall be made in this respect.

The fittings/ material shall be inspected by the concerned Engineer-in- Charge with the representative of the firm and necessary certificate shall be signed by the representative of the firm for its genuineness.

Any deviations to the clauses in the tender specifications must be clearly and separately indicated otherwise it shall be presumed that the offer is in line with requirements of tender.

The work of S/E material except LED fittings/ fans shall be guaranteed for a period of one year against any manufacturing defect from date of handing over to the department. No extra payment shall be made on the account of labour charges, installation at site.

The LED fittings/ LED drivers/ LED tube rods/ fans shall be guaranteed for a period of two years for free replacement from the date of completion of work / taking over the department.

The firm will submit the test report for LM-79 & IEC standards for safety, performance and Efficacy of LED fittings from Govt./ NABL/ UL accredited lab.

The firm will submit the LM-80 report from the chip manufacturer of LED fittings.

One Number LED fitting of each type i.e. 2’x2’ LED Fitting surface Type,2’x2’ LED Fitting recess Type and 1’x1’ LED Fitting surface Type taken from lot of fitting and shall be got tested for Photometric Test, Electrical Parameters, THD, Surge Protection, IP Rating from the 3rd party NABL Govt. approved lab before installation at site. The cost in respect of testing LED fittings shall be borne by the Department. If the fitting fails the test, the firm has to install the other approved make of the fitting and the cost for the testing of other make fitting from the lab shall be borne by the firm if required.
