Regular maintanance and servicing of 35 Nos electrically operated water disinfection chemical dozing plant of any description installed at various water supply installation complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note:- The rates quoted by the tender shall included in the following:- (i) Mechanic shall visit each and every water supply installation daily for carrying out necessary servicing and calibration (ii) Replacement of worn out parts of chemical dozers shall be done with in 24 hrs to make the system operational and minor parts like nuts/bolts, washers, grease shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) System shall be made operational with in 24 hrs in case of failure on the part of contractor a penalty of Rs 200 per bleaching dozers per day will be recovered. (iv) Four serviceable electrically operated chemical dozing plants shall be kept as reserve by the contractor at the site of work to be used in case of exigency of services. (v) Location of Pump houses in various units area or exact location shall be obtained from Engr-in- Charger/JE concerned.

Dismantling, taking down unserviceable, 3 phase electric motor 60 watt 1/12 HP 1400 RPM 250/440 volts 0.33 amps 50 HZ from chemical bleaching dozer, opening up, cutting down the burnt coil after transporting to workshop and rewinding with insulated copper winding wire of suitable gauge including applying varnish and letting down to dry in sunlight and reassembling, transporting to work site and testing for correct functional complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of PVC insulated four core cable copper conductor 1.0 sqmm

S&F DOL starter any rating suitable for dozing plant and connecting with existing electric circuit all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing (in replacement) 3 phase electric motor 60 watt 1/12 HP 1400 RPM 250/440 volts 0.33 amps 50 HZ suitable for chemical bleaching dozer complete all as specified Make: crompton Greaves (as per existing) or equivalent as approved.

Supply and fixing electronic positive displacement diaphragm type motor pump operating at 230V/415V, 50 Hz, AC supply, discharge capacity 0-40 LPH, Max injecting pressure 5.5 Kgs/Sq CM with connected accessories like NRV, in-built ARV, foot valve with stainer fitted on pump suction assembly with fixing accessories, one tank level switch fitted on pump suction assembly to stop the pump when liquid in tank falls below a certain level and lights a red LED on the pump, adjustable stroke length and frequency complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water testing solution O-tolodine bottle 500 ml

Supply only chlorine testing kit complete.

All as per item No 34 here -in- before but of capacity exceeding 50000 gallons and not exceeding 100000 gallons over head reservoir complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in - charge. Note:- Item No. 34 & 35 overhead reservoir (tank) should to be cleaned with gap of six month.

M&L for periodical cleaning of Semi UG/ UG sump of Capacity upto 50,000 Gallons (Raina Pk, New Dogra, KGRIM, CEJZ office, Fire static tank of 11 Corps HQ ) by scrubbing, brushing the edge on all sides, floors, ceilings by with suitable germ killer conforming to IS 1065 of 1969 including pumping / bailing out the dirty water, mud, silt, slush and any other sediments washing thoroughly with fresh water and applying a coat of white wash on internal surface of wall, roof and floor of sump and two coat of colour wash for exposed outer surface all as directed.

All as per item No 36 here -in- before but of capacity exceeding 50000 gallons and not exceeding 100000 gallons underground sumps complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in - charge. Note:- Item No. 36 & 37 semi UG/UG sump should to be cleaned with gap of six month.

Material and labour for writing OHT/UG Sump cleaned on date, and due date with background of size 2 feet x 2 feet with black synthetic enameled paint and writing words and figures with white synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed

Supply & Fixing (in replacement) Air termination vertical type, single pointed made of 12mm dia 300mm long aluminium rod including necessary fixing arrangements with aluminium bolts, nuts, lead wasters etc., complete and including provision of GI tubing light grade 40mm dia, 300mm long with one end embedded in PCC block of size 300mm x 300mm x 300mm and other end fitted with air termination rod, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour (in replacement) aluminium strip 25 x 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for over head reservoir roof and down conductors above the ground level up to testing point complete all as specifed. NOTE:- Aluminium strip shall be jointed with rivets (minimum 4 Nos) .

Material and labour for galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm burried in ground complete all as specified.

M&L Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75mm x 75mm x 25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screw for fixing the same on wall, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.3 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr below normal ground level ) connected to galvanized earth strip 25x4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel including 40 mm dia medium grade GI tubing for protection of earth lead, MS sheet metal funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe medium grade 20 mm dia, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternative layer of 15 Cm compacted thickness all around the electrode with concrete earth pit of PCC 1:3:6 type C1, 50 mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 pit cover reinforced with 8 mm dia deformed bar and suitable handle made of 10 mm dia round bar including galvanised strip of size 25x4 mm for extension of earth lead and necessary excavation, earth work, in soft/loose soil and disposal of spoils to a disance not exc 50 mtr and necessary connection and testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Pt-I,2009 including testing point all as directed and specified.

Supply and fixing LED integrated aviation light comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure installed top of the over head reservoir including necessary fixing arrangement and taking down old one complete all as specified.

Supply and laying or passing through pipe 1100 volts grade heavy duty electric cable XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed aluminium conductor armoured cable laying on wall/floor/trenches/pole/ of size 10 sqmm 2 core including taking out complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth in getting out in hard/dense soil for laying of UG cable.

Returning, filling in, spreading, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25cm in loose / soft soil.

Removal of excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Cutting of road / hard standing foot path not exceeding 0.30cm wide and 0.60 mtr depth for laying of cable including making good with PCC 1:3:6 type C2 complete all as directed.

S&F in trenches slightly over burnt / kiln burnt bricks of best quality locally available laid in trenches for cable protection all as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning / sand cover for UG cable protection by river sand complete all as specified and directed.

M & L (in replacement) for sheet metal enclosure SPN 2 way, 240 Volts double door fixed in wall concealed/recessed including cement mortar 1:3 for fixed in wall and making good disturbed surfaces. Make : Havells/Standard/Legrand

M&L (in replacement) MCB SPN AC 240 Volts C- series 10KA all as specified.

Material and labour (in replacement) GI tubing light grade for laying of UG cable on wall/road crossing/drain etc of size 40 mm bore

Cutting/pruning of tree branches along/around water supply installations, over head tanks, UG Sumps at places within 2 mtr from end point all around each infrstructure of the installation and removing from site complete all as specified and directed

M&L surface dressing not exceeding 30cm deep including cutting growth bushes small trees, roots, around valve chamber OH tankes, UG sumps and E/M installations in hard/dense soil all as directed.

Preparation of old steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Rate deemed to be included for all accessories/manpower required for carrying out work at over head reservoirs of height upto 25 Mtrs.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins , arches, pillars, wall and parapet walls etc complete al as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' old burnt brick, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with 1:4 cement plaster all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Rate deemed to be included for all accessories/manpower required for carrying out work at over head reservoirs of height upto 25 Mtrs.

Mild Steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle iron and other sections including pintle hinges etc. Gde Fe-410-O or Fe-310-O complete including welding drilling ec with rails and guides fastening/fixing complete and taking down old unserviceable gate all as specified and directed. Note:- Rate deemed to be included for all accessories/manpower required for carrying out steel frame work at over head reservoirs of height upto 25 Mtrs.

Supply, fabricating and fix valve chamber cover with handle made out of MS plain sheet of thickness 1.6 mm as per IS 2062 of various sizes as per existing valve chambers on angle iron frame of dimensions and painting one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamelled paint as directed including dismantling the existing U/S valve chamber and cover.

M&L Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors;ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 all as specified and directed. Note:- Rate deemed to be included for all accessories/manpower required for carrying out steel frame work at over head reservoirs of height upto 25 Mtrs.

S&F Butt hinges 100mm heavy weight, cold rolled mild steel and fixed to chamber cover with MS angle frame all as specified and directed.

S&F Hasp and staple 100mm, mild steel, wiretype, stove enamelled black, including bolt to hinge plate and fixed with screws all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing water level indicator electronic type suitable for over head reservoirs incl provn of PVC copper cable 0.5 sqmm 10 core from OHT to pump house and water level sensor 07 Nos complete set including taking out old unserviceable water level indicator complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge

Supply and replacement of brass spindle for CI sluice valve threaded fixed in repair in sluice valve of size 150 mm bore

All as per item No 68 here in before of size 100 mm bore

Supply and fixing Cast iron Sluice valve in position double flanged complete with Stainless Steel spindle iron wheel handle clock wise closing with drilled hole flanged heavy duty PN 1.6 of size 150 mm bore including provision of rubber gasket, nut,bolts,washers and taking down unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified.

All as per item No 70 but here in before 100 mm bore.
