Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (in ground floors), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

RCC M-25 (design mix), using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate. as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Use and waste of form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) etc to obtain rough flat finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

TMT mild steel bars, 10mm dia and over, as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and includingMS wire (annealed not less than 0.9mm dia) , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

25 mm thick, Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in sub base for laying floor finishes including finishing the surfaces even and rough without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Glazed coloured ceramic jointfree/rectified tiles 300x450mm and 6 to 7mm thick in vertical surfaces like dado/skirting, etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces works in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Granite slab 16 to 18 mm thick as in pillas, window cill, cooking platform and the like in cement motar 1:4 including painting in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with a mixture of pigment to match the shade of granite including cutting polishing and moulding on edges complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Pre glazed chequered cement concrete designer tiles 300 x 300 x 20-25mm thick, mixed grey cement (top 5mm of white cement delomite grit and approved colour) with two coats of laquer finish on top of tiles, including corner angles, etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloure cement to match the shade of tiles. The tiles shall be manufactured by using rubber moulds on vibrating table not hydraulicaly pressed complete, laid over 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

100 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foudation, filling, sub base and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Factory made, Machine pressed / vibro mechanically floated coloured interlocking cement paver block ISI marked, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with topping of cement with imported pigment including 30 mm thick sand cushioning bed including spreading levelling watering if required, Shape shall be approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing, pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-I (20mm graded) as in kerb stones and in similar works bedded and jointed in cement morter 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, removing all type of vegetation (like peeple tree etc) scrubbing down with water complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

15 mm thick rendering in two layers (10+5mm) on fair faces of brick /concrete including facia chhajja etc.surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and fair without using extra cement including mixing interal water proofing compund in the proprotion as mentioned in manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Water proofing compund to be measured and paid for separately as supply only.

10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finish surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Grouting 50 mm thick for damaged columns, beams, chajjas, parapets etc. including any temporary shuttering to edges with cement mortar 1:2 including strengthening with cement based polymer modified coating for corrosion protection and hard drawn steel wire fabric cut to length and bent to shape as required, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation new surfaces plastered or unplastered and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation old surfaces including complete removal of existing treatment ( white wash) and applying two coats of white wash on ceiling, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparing newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparing old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of weather proof emulsion over coat a primer , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Pressed steel frames for doors, made out of 1.25 mm thick MS sheet, with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc. complete, of frame size 125 mm x 60 mm, including one shop coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, including filling voids with PCC type C-0 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Description all as per item No 33 above but frame size 105 x 60mm.

35 mm thick, factory made, 2nd class hard wood, plain framed, paneled shutters (two panels) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces, the size of rail and stile as per IS-1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

35mm thick, factory made 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete, all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube in opening as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick style consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width struck inside with solvent cement forstyle and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the styles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement supply & fixing in the frame at site complete all as specified.

Steel window (box type) factory made with side hung shutters including pintol hinges, steel handles, steel peg stay and all locking arrangement complete with glazing bars dovetailed or welded including one shop coat of red oxide primer complete all specified and as directed. Notye : i) The window shall be fabricated as per Drg No CEUZ/TD/1269/2008 Sheet 1/3 to 3/3 (ii) MS fillets, glazing, wire gauge shall be measured and paid separately.

Description all as per item above No 39 but without glazing bar complete all as specified and as directed.

Factory made mild steel ventilators (box type) with upper top hung shutters and bottom fixed type shutters including pintol hinges, steel peg stay and one shop coat of red oxide primer complete all specified. Note :- Water proofing treatment will be done by manufacturer of APP membrane or through their authorised specialized agency which will further have to give a five years warranty for rectification of any defect if incurred at a later stage, otherwise no payment shall be made to the contractor if water proofing treatment is executed otherwise.

Providing 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays (n exc 2 Sqm each ) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing joints through out the thickness of the plinth protection filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

20 mm bore steel water tubing medium grade galvanised with and including all fittings including short lengths, fixed to walls, concealed in wall and ceiling or laid in floor complete with all fittings( such as bends, elbows, Tee, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps and plugs, unions etc.) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Description all as item No 111 above but except tubing.

PVC connection 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450mm fixed in repair complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes:- For Srl Item No 01 to 113: The unit rates shall include for items of surfaces finshes for Bldg upt G+3 height i.e upto 10 mtrs above all external/ internal surface finishes and the following:- 1. Use of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc. is must and necessary for execution of work and protective measures. 2. Removing of nails, making good holes, cracks etc. 3. Work in patches, and in narrow/ widths, bands, cornices, plasters etc and cutting in edges to line whereever necessary. 4. Spreading and removing covering to doors, windows, floors, fitting etc to protect them from splashes. 5. Removing and replacing furniture, movable cupboard, chicks, blinds, etc washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electric fittings, wiring, etc of drops and splashes and leaving premises, clean and tidy.
