If authorized dealers are participating in this tender, they have to submit tender specific authorization from OEM along with their offer.

Have you attached any performance statements with your offer for proof of supply to other railways / production units copy of Purchase Order, Inspection certificate and receipt note / certificate must be uploaded. Non- submission of such vital documents may be taken as their not having any such past performance?

If the warranty period claims suppliers should attend to repair at the location of the consignee. If any difficulties attending to the repair at the place of the consignee supplier is the fully responsible for shifting the material.

The tenderers shall submit a copy of certificate stating that all their statements documents submitted along with bid are true and factual. Standard format of certificate to be submitted by the bidder is enclosed as Annexure-14 of SR Tender Condition. Non- submission of above certificate by the bidder shall result in summary rejection of his/their bid. It shall be mandatorily incumbent upon the tenderer to identify, state and submit the supporting documents duly self-attested/digitally signed by which they/he is qualifying the Qualifying Criteria mentioned in the Tender Document. It will not be obligatory on the part of Tender Committee/Accepting Authority to scrutinize beyond the submitted document of tenderer as far as his qualification for the tender is concerned.

Test certificate of the item has to be submitted at the time of supply of material.
