Renovation of Petanalla from RD 00 m to 2700m with structures including Balance work of Phase- I in Cuttack City. (From RD 1090mtr (Aswini Hospital Bridge) to RD 1930 mtr (Krusaka Bazar Bridge) Reach- II

Clearance of water hyacinth (thickly grown)from Drainage Channel with initial lead of 50m & initial lift of 1.50m including depositing the cleared materials away from work site etc. complete and excluding GST as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures by mechanical mean in all kinds of soil including stony earth and gravel in both wet and dry condition including shoring, shuttering, propping, bullah, the foundation, diverting the water away from the structure, dressing, leveling and ramming the foundation bed and sides with pneumatic tampers/ fuel- operated compactors as per the drawing and specification and removing the excavated materials with all leads, lifts and delifts etc. & depositing the excavated materials in spoil bank with all leads, lifts and delifts complete with cost of construction and maintenance of approach road, diversion road including mobilization and demobilization of men and machineries, all labour charges, labour cess etc. including all taxes and excluding GSTcomplete with all cost incidental to the work as per the drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand including watering and ramming including cost, carraiage, royalty, with labour cost T & P required etc. and excluding GST complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (excluding GST)

Supplying, driving and fixing z type sheet piles including hire and running charges of driving machine and labour charges with inter locking sheet piles including cost, conveyance, Labour cess, loading and unloading of sheet piles to work site including welding where necessary to form watertight cut off including all taxes and excluding GST complete etc as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation of any approved type of soil in approved borrow area by mechanical means including stripping of borrow area and clearing of all stumps, roots, bushes, rubbies and other objectionable materials, laying on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface, breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm size and leveling earth in 22.50cm layers to make ready for watering and compaction including carriage of earth by mechanical means, re-handling soil prepared with all cost of labour , supervision charges, materials, T & P and machineries, royalty of the earth, Labour Cess, taxes etc if any with all leads , lifts & de-lifts with all cost of incidental charges to work including all taxes and excluding GST as per drawing and specification etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.[(Borrow area will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost and responsibility) ( Measurement will be taken on finished & compacted level section)].

Random rubble hard granite stone masonry in clay or sand or gravel grouted in foundation and plinth using hard broken granite stone of size not less than 0.0025 Cum. (as per Design and Drawing) including cost, conveyance, royalty, all labour, cess, from approved quarry of approved quality of uniform color and texture with all leads, lifts, delift, handling and re-handling with cost of labour charges and other incidentals charges and royalty etc. complete and as per Technical Specification required to complete the work and quality control testing charges including all taxes and excluding GST etc. complete the Engineer in charge

Dry stone masonry or rough stone dry masonary for guard walls and retaining walls using hard broken granite stone of size not less than 0.0025 Cum. (as per Design and Drawing) with all cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials & labour T & P required for the work and excluding GST etc.. complete and as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete M-15 grade (as per design/ nominal mix) in approved surface using 40mm and down graded hard granite well graded crusher broken stone aggregates free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious materials, using sharp sand of approved grading & quality confirming to the specifications, using water of approved quality with all leads. lifts, & delifts and transportation by mechanical / manual means including with all cost, weighing all materials using weigh batcher, mixing the concrete mix ingredients in all mechanical mixer, vibration of concrete by mechanical means, supplying including cost, carriage and royalty, T & P, all labour, labour cess, watering, curing for specified days construction of approach road, diversion road, mobilization and demobilization of men and machineries, Labour cess etc. including quality control testing charges including all taxes and excluding GST as per approved drawings and specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete M-25 grade (as per design/nominal mix) in approved surface using 20mm & down graded hard granite well graded crusher broken stone aggregates free from weathered skins surface and any other deleterious materials, using sharp sand of approved grading & quality confirming to the specifications, using water of approved quality & using cement as per approved specification with all leads. lifts, & delifts & transportation by mechanical / manual means including cost, carriage, royalties, Labour cess using weigh-batcher, mixing the ingredients in a mechanical mixer, vibration of concrete by mechanical means supplying T & P, watering, curing for specified days by suitable means including cost & carriage of water, construction of approach road, diversion road, mobilisation & demobilisation of men & machineries etc. including quality control testing charges including all taxes and excluding GST as per approved drawing & specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work for concrete with F-1 finish for up-stream faces of Dam, Spillway, glacis of barrages, un-exposed surfaces of foundation, block joints etc. with steel shutters rigidly fixed and removal of form and making good to the surfaces wherever necessary including cost, labour charges,labour cess, including all taxes and excluding GST etc. complete.

Providing HYSD bars confirming to grade Fe 500 of steel and approved quality including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding lapping, welding, etc. & conforming to IS specification and tying the grills and placing in position with ties, charges and spacers including lapping by binding wires / welding wherever necessary and fixing of reinforcement for RCC works as per the approved design with all leads, lifts and de-lifts from bending yard to placement spot including cost, quality control testing charge and conveyance of HYSD bars and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge including cost of all labour, T & P and supervision charges,Labour Cess & including all taxes and excluding GST etc. complete as per design, drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer – in – Charge. (Standard co-efficient of different sizes of steel shall be considered for payment & welding and lapping shall confirm to relevant clause of IS code).

Providing weep holes in plain/ reinforcement cement concrete, abutments , wing wall/return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe extendingthrough the full width of the structure as per IRC – 78 including form works of approved type if required and graded metal backing in near side as per approved design and specification etc. . including cost, conveyance, royalty, Labour Cess, including all taxes and excluding GST complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of Filter media with stone crushed aggregates of 45 mm size satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRTH specificationsto a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller sizetowards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment , wingwall and return wall to the full height compacted to afirm condition complete including all labour, cost, conveyance, royalty, T& P, all labour cost, labour cess, including all taxes and excluding GST, as per drawing and Technical Specification etc Complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Watering earthwork up to OMC condition and compaction by sheep foot rollers and dozer in layers not exceeding 22.5 cm to 95%dry density including hire and running charges of all the machineries excluding GST complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (measurement to be taken on the finished compacted section of the fill under OMC condition).

Providing cast -in-situ 375mm dia doubled under reamed pile foundation in Reinforced cement concrete M-20 grade using 20 mm. and down graded size crusher broken hard granite of approved quality from approved quarry including cost of boring with bentonite slurry including curing ( excluding cost of HYSD bar / Tor steels , labour charges for cutting, bending, binding, straightening and tying the grills and placing in position, cost of binding wires etc.) with cost, conveyance, royalty, Labour cess, T&P and supervision charges including all taxes and excluding GST etc. to complete required for the work as per approved drawing and design and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
