Comprehensive Maintenance & round the clock operation of various services including electro mechanical services as per details given in relevant sections by deploying the required staff including specialised manpower & by arranging required tools & plants etc. to keep all services operational upto required standards of Tier III certified Data Centre. Services included are:- a) 2 x 200 KVA UPS & 3 x 10 KVA UPS (Excl. batteries) b) Gas suppression & Addressable FA & FD c) BMS, Access Control, CCTV, WLD, VESDA, RRS d) (3+1) x 17 TR Precision AC e) 2 x 8.5 TR Ductable Split AC f) 2 x 3 TR Ductable Split AC g) 4 x 3 TR Mega Split AC h) 5x2TR HWSAC i)Electrical installations Note: If more persons are required for satisfactory operation, the same shall be arranged by the firm at no extra cost.
