Supply and fixing pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based semi corrugated/ trapezoidal shape steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws, washers, profile, shape and columns as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brick work including all quoins and arches pillars etc built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 and complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered surface or unplastered surfaces of walls by complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of cement primer/ alkali resistant primer including cement putty wherever reqd complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of wood and wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel and steel based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of spoils/ demolished materials not exceeding 50m and depositing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors/ sub base of tiles/ floor of hard standing/ path etc using with glass dividing strip 3mm thick and 38 mm width complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection. Plinth protection shall be laid in alternate bays not exceeding 2 sqm, 10 mm thick joints shall be provided joint shall be filled with bitumen mastic, bitumen mastic shall comprises of 1 part of hot bitumen 85/25 and 3 parts of sand all by weight finished cement concrete surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth in layers not exceeding 25cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 Sqcm and over in section, in any position unframed work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rolled mild Steel sections of Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-B as in roof trusses (framed) trussed, purlins, rafters, posts, crane gantries, rails and fastening of eaves board or weather board and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel, MS pipe or flat sections) including distance pieces cleats etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Scariying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100mm deep in area exceeding 400 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Screening road metal, chippings, etc. on the site of the work when specially ordered including removing screened materials clear of screen and stacking in separate heaps for measuring (materials from both sides of screen measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber spreading to 150mm thickness gauge not exceeding 63mm size deposited, spread, levelled, watered and rammed to true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 150 mm thick in two layers of 75mm thick each (Compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregate with lime stones, sand stones, flint or quartize of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 20.00 here-in-before but except materials complete all as specified and directed. Note: Materials obtained from item No. 17.00 here-in-before shall be used.

Material and labour for preparing of un-surfaced WBM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10 kg per 10 sqm with using paving bitumen (VG-10 Grade) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, grass roots etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or compressed air to remove all loose, dirt, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with paving bitumen @ 5 kg per 10 sq metre using with paving bitumen (VG 10 Grade) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premixed semi-dense asphaltic concrete, 40mm consolidated thickness using 5.5% paving bitumen (VG 30 Grade) binder content any penetration by weight of total mix, mixed in central computerized hot mix plant and laid using mechanical self propelled paver and rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to uniform surfaces with required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Semi dense asphaltic bituminous concrete shall be designed as per design mix. Contractor shall quote his unit rate considering the bitumen contents as 5.5 %. Any variation in binder content on minus side shall be adjusted at the rate of ₹67.00 per KG of binder. No adjustment in price shall be made if the variation is on plus side.

Material and labour for providing premixed bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 10 tone capacity power roller (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using paving bitumen (VG 30 Grade) @ 4% by weight of total mix complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on road with retroreflective thermoplastic road marking paint 3mm uniform thickness finished with glass brads (MORTH Grade) white or yellow colour not exc 100mm wide with the help of road marking machine including cleaning the surface thoroughly and removing all dirts, dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing not exceeding 15cm deep in soft/ loose soil for cleaning of road, side berms complete all as specified and directed.
