Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc. and stacking the material within 50 meters lead of. Asbestos cement sheet

Dismantling cement asbestos or other hard board ceiling or patition walls including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 meters lead.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/ curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/ vetical or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.63mm thick with zink coating not less than 275 gm/m2

Providing ridges or hips of width 60cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washer complete. 63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2

Painting G.S. sheet with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade. New work (two or more coats) including a coat of approved steel primer but excluding a coat of mordant solution.

Providing and fixing bamboo jaffery/ fencing consisting of superior quality 25mm diqa (Average) half cut bamboo placed vertically and fixied together with three numbers horizontal running members of hollock wood in scantling of section 50x 25mm, fixed with nails and G.I. wire on existing support complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. ( 1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Providing and laying damp-proof course 40mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size)

Brick work with common burnt clay moulded perforated bricks of class designation 12.5 conforming to IS: 2222 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6 coarse sand) With modular bricks.

15mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall or mix 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work ready to use "cut and bend" rebars of approved make from factory/ workshop to construction site including placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo-mechanically treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level 1:3:6 (1cement: 3 coarse sand (zone-III): 6 graded stone.

62mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping under layer 50mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and top layer 12mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardened mix : 2 graded stone aggregate, 6mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 liter per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturer's specifications. Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkats, architrave, holdfast etc. complete and stacking with 50 meters lead of area 3 sq. meters and below.

Providing wood work in frames or doors, windows, clerestory windows or other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners or required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately). Second class teak wood.

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows, fixing with butt hinges or required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (Note- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately). Second Class teak wood. 35mm thic shutters.

Providing and fixing insulating board ceiling of approved quality with necessary nails etc. complete (frame work to be paid separately). Natural colour insulating board. 12mm thick

Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood)

Providing and applying two coats of fire retardent paint on cleaned wood/ ply surface @ 3.5 sqm per liter per coat including preparation of base surface as per recommendations of manufaturer to make the surface fire retardant.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give and even shade. One or more coats on old work.

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade: 13.46.1 New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type W.C. pan) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS: 7231 with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors whenever required. W.C. pan ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lead.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.
