PROVISION OF HT 11 KV UNDER GROUND CABLE FROM KEATING ROAD TO MH POWER HOUSE AT SHILLONG UNDER GE SHILLONG

Supply, laying and testing cross linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated, PVC sheathed cables for working voltages 11 kV, three phase, earthed system, 3 core, screened, armoured power cable, 240 sqmm of nominal area of conductor, aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS 7098 (Part-II): 2011 laid in trenches or under floors making all connections with necessary glands lugs bushing complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F of Air break gang operated switch triple pole mechanically operated out door with all fitting/ accessories mounted on and including 11 KV porcelain insulator and steel channel frame GI operating rod 25 mm dia of suitable length with operating mechanism worked from ground level vertically or horizontal operated as per site requirement including locking arrangement for operating handle complete suitable for current rating 200 Amps, HT 11 KV 50 cycle AC working pressure with 9 Insulators complete all as specified and directed.

S & F XLPE cable end termination, cold shrinkable, outdoor type, suitable for voltage 6.35 kV/ 11 kV (Earthed), 3 core 240 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F cable jointing kit for 6.35 kV/ 11 kV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 240 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, back plates and stay clamp fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation (above ground) including testing HT Joint box 2 way outdoor type of size 1500 x 1000x900mm (overall) made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with support of angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm with KIOSK BOX and comprising of 03 Nos HT porcelain bushing and copper round bus bar 12 mm dia rigidly mounted on bakelite sheet 12mm thick to support insulators of suitable size and shape including providing necessary electric connection and applied two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to steel surfaces (internally & externally) including PCC foundation based of size 1700 mm x 400 mm x 1400 mm height (700 mm above GL & 500 mm below GL) with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate complete including necessary excavation and earth work for foundation and necessary electric connection complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or water supply pipes lines etc or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3.0 in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose/ hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
