Taking down carefully aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power, bell complete fitting such as sockets, ceiling roses, pendants, batten holders, regulators and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall, floors, ceiling in CM 1:3 etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Point wiring concealed type for one light point/ceiling fan/exhaust fan/bell point controlled by one 6 Amp one way switch and regulator complete with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed and multi stranded copper conductor PVC conduit 20 mm bore having 2 mm wall thickness with all conduit accessories including continuous 1.5 sqmm copper conductor, stranded (green colour, earth), PVC insulated unsheathed earth wire to common earth and connected to earth dolly to be terminated in and including suitable size module boxes (MS) for housing of module switches/sockets and cover plate etc complete all as specified and directed Note : Unit rates quoted by contractor shall be deemed to included for cutting chases in walls and making good in cement morter (1:3) and finishing the surface to match with exisiting surface.

All as per Sl item No 2 above but one 5 pin 5 Amps switch socket outlet point on same board .

All as per Sl item No 2 above but one 5 pin 6 Amps switch socket outlet point on independent board

All as per item No. 2 above but 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor wiring with 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor as earth continuity for 15 Amps Switch Socket combination

Supply and fix switch modular type single pole one way 6 Amps 1 module etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing bell, Ding Dong AC, 230 volts, single pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacment of existing bulb to LED Bulb 10 watt , retrofit pin type, B22 Base cap, lumen output 950lm, 6500K colour temp, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of existing light fitting with LED batten integrated channel 20 watt having input voltage AC90-300V, 50 Hz , 6500K ,polycarbonate housing with white acrylic cover tube light fitting wall mounted complete with rod, driver and all other accessories including connection with flexible cable copper conductor twin core of size 23/.2 mm upto ceiling rose/connector complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of existing light fitting with Inverter LED batten 20 watt having input voltage AC90-300V, 50 Hz , 6500K with square profile and polycarbonate channel. Lithium Ion battery with charging time 8 hours-10 hours and back up time upto 4 hours complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacment of existing light fitting with LED batten integrated channel 09 watt having input voltage AC90-300V, 50 Hz , 6500K, polycarbonate housing with white acrylic cover tube light fitting wall mounted complete with rod, driver and all other accessories including connection with flexible cable copper conductor twin core of size 23/.2 mm upto ceiling rose/connector complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacment of existing light fitting with Water tight bulk head LED 10 Watt light fitting, comprising of connector galvanised cast iron back plate, weather proof enamelled gallery, glass well and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose to fitting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement existing light fitting with building security light fitting with LED type 35 watt optic lenses with all necessary acessories, clear transparent acrylic cover, prewire suitable to operated on 230 volt 50 HZ AC & Supply and fixing to wall / on pole including fixing arrangement with suitable galvanized iron pipe 32 mm bore “light grade” brackets 1.5 mtr length bent to shape to obtained required shape including clamps, nuts / bots / washers etc connecting with suitable flexible copper wire of size 23/0.0076 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement sheet metal enclosures factory made, (Double Door) for DBs, single pole and neutral, 240 volts, 8 ways fixed on walls, including connecting both incoming and outgoing cable termination with proper taping, lagging, testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement MCB single pole & Netural 32 Amps 230 Volts 'C' series, 25KA complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement MCB's single pole 240 volts 6 to 32 Amps 10 KA 'C' series all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing in replacement complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx 60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, protected by GI light grade pipe 15mm bore including GI light grade water pipe 20mm dia with funnel all as shown in electric plate No. 03 of 2009 SSR Part-I and testing on completion including earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 as in earth pit and cover 40mm thick reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4.0Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, common salt, charcoal and testing on completion to achieve desired result all as specified and directed. Note : If desired results are not obtained on testing, the earthing shall be redone by the contractor without any extra cost to the Govt.

M&L for concealed sub main wiring in replacement with two single core FRLS, PVC insulated cable,1100 volts grade, 6 sqmm nominal cross sectional area stranded copper conductor and one single core green FRLS, PVC insulated 6 sqmm stranded copper conductor earth continuity cable drawn through in and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit 25mm bore (having 2mm wall thickness), medium grade, with conduit fittings concealed in wall/floors/roof etc including taking down of old submain wiring complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Two runs of 6 sqmm cable alongwith one run of 6 sqmm cable as earth wire & PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit. The cost of cutting of chases wherever required and making good with adjacent surface is deemed to included in quoted rates.

Dismantling of ceiling fans/wall fans/exhaust fan of any size and sweep for depositing to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for one coat painting to ceiling fans/wall fans/exhaust fan with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler and cleaning all dust etc complete all as specified and directed .

Hanging only ceiling fans/wall fans/exhaust fan and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan complete all as speciied and directed. Note : The fans shall be collected from MES yard for hanging in qtrs as directed by Engr-in-charge and cost of collection is deemed to be included in the quoted rates and nothing extra is admissible on this account from the Govt.

M & L for AC Box having single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one double pole MCB 20 A complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for wiring for circuit/submain wiring alongwith earth wire with 2 X 4 sq mm and 1 X 4 sq mm as earth wire sizes of FRLSH in PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/recessed as required complete all as specified and directed.
