M&L for PCC 1:3:6 with 20 mm aggregate for making foundation /support of pipe line for placing of rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of capacity 500 Ltrs all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out U/S Supply and replace 25 mm ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixing with all connected accessories (Minimum Weight - 455 gms).

Taking out U/S Supply and replace 20 mm ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixing with all connected accessories. (Minimum weight - 210 gms).

Supply and replace 15 mm ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight - 142 gms).

Taking down U/S and S&F rotational moulded polyethylene Water Storage Tanks of capacity 500 Ltrs 3 layers white colour (cylinderical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including all accessories all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old U/S and S&F CI body Sluice Valve PN 1.6 conforming to IS of size 100 dia complete with nuts, bolts, rubber gaskets etc including, ISI marked, including jointing material such as rubber gasket, bolts, nuts, etc suitable for size 100 mm all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old U/S and S&F CI body Sluice valve PN 1.6 conforming to IS of size 150 dia complete with nuts, bolts, rubber gaskets etc including, ISI marked, including jointing material such as rubber gasket, bolts, nuts, etc suitable for size 150 mm all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old U/S and S&F CI body Sluice valve PN 1.6 conforming to IS of size 200 dia complete with nuts, bolts, rubber gaskets etc including, ISI marked, including jointing material such as rubber gasket, bolts, nuts, etc suitable for size 200 mm all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down U/S and Supply and laying 100 mm bores of tubes 'medium grade' galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete laid in trenches including taking down.

Dismantling of cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level).

S&F Water pressure gauge tamper proof and water proof 0 to 104kg/cm2. Note : The cost shall be included making hole in existing GI/DI/MS Pipe and new 15 mm GI/CI pipe 0.4 mtr for fixing of pressure gauge making thread in pipe all as directed.

Taking Out U/S and S&F cast iron fittings like bends, tee, tail pieces collars etc, spigot socketed and flanged ends type etc confirming IS upto 150 mm bore pipes all as specified and as directed. Note : Lead joints Earth works will be measured and paid separately.

The rate shall be included for excavation/ removal/refilling up to 02 mtr depth x 01 mtr wide x 10 mtr length taking down length and lay underground Pipe line for finding the leakage in underground pipe line at various location in AF Stn at Bhisiana.

Labour for Disconnecting the existing 100mm /DI/CI pipe, suction and delivery end of any type from the pump set and supply and fixing with new pipes of various material and sizes of pipe given in Schedule, all as specified and directed. The rate shall be included for excavation/ removal/refilling upto 02 mtr depth x 01 mtr wide x 10 mtr length taking down length and lay underground Pipe line for finding the leakage in underground pipe line at various location in Air Force Stn at Bhisiana.

Labour for Disconnecting the existing 40/50mm GI pipe, suction and delivery end of any type from the pump set and supply and fixing with new pipes of various material and sizes of pipe given in schedule, all as specified and directed. The rate shall be included for excavation/ removal/refilling upto 01 mtr depth x 01 mtr wide x 10 mtr length of trench below of underground Pipe line for finding the leakage in unground pipe line at various location in Air Force Stn at Bhisiana.

Taking out old U/S and S&F CI body Sluice Valve PN 1.6 conforming to IS of size 80 dia complete with nuts, bolts, rubber gaskets etc including, ISI marked, including jointing material such as rubber gasket, bolts, nuts, etc suitable for size 80 mm all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out unserviceable and S&F new Gun Metal globe or gate valve (ISI marked), with Iron wheel head, screwed both ends, suitable for 100 mm bore iron pipe and fixed including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old U/S and S&F CI body Sluice Valve PN 1.6 conforming to IS of size 250 dia complete with nuts, bolts, rubber gaskets etc including, ISI marked, including jointing material such as rubber gasket, bolts, nuts, etc suitable for size 250 mm all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old U/S and S&F CI body Sluice valve PN 1.6 conforming to IS of size 300 dia complete with nuts, bolts, rubber gaskets etc including, ISI marked, including jointing material such as rubber gasket, bolts, nuts, etc suitable for size 300 mm all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for brick masonary valve pit (type B) of size 1.2 x1.2 x 1.2 cm (internal of chember) depth of chember to be reckoned from the top of PCC in foundation to top the MS cover as 1.5 mtr and including MS sheet cover fabricated from 3 mm thick MS sheet and frame of angle iron 40 mm x 40 mm 6 mm with fixing arrangement, hinges and locking arrangement and painting two coat of synethetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS cover and frame, inlcuding necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc.50 mtr, 150 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, brick work in cement motor (1:6) 15 mm thick plastering in cement mortoar (1:4) (both internally and externally) 100 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring complete all as directed.

Note No 01 : Contractor shall make his own arrangements to access various floors/bldgs and to provide tools and plants for taking down and refixing of pipe line/fittings of various material. The cost also shall be included for fixing of each fittings such as elbow, union, socket , Tee, Nipple or laying of every 01 mtr pipe of GI/DI/CI in every location/Bldgs or each complaints . The rate quoted shall be deemed to include all fittings such as elbow, union, socket, TEE, flange, etc required to rectify complaint in each location. The Contractor could not ask at only one or two site for execution of all CA quantities. He will be bound to attend complaint as per user requirement or directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note No 02 : Contractor shall arrange 02 fitter and 02 helper for attending of complaint day to day on daily basis they will be report to AGE E/M office on every day at 0800 Hrs to 1600 Hrs. If they absent on attending of complaint @ Rs. 1000/- recovey will be panilaed per day and recovey will be made on RAR/Final Bills.

Note No 03 : Contractor will rectify the defect within 24 Hrs receiving the complaints by Phone or message by Rep of GE. If he failed to rectify the complaint within 24 Hrs @ Rs 500/- per day per complaint will be reovered in RAR/ Final Bill.

Note No 04 : All above mentioned items will be executed each and every meter of pipe in different locations/buildings or as directed by Engr-In-Charge. The contractor could not ask at only one or two site for execution of all CA quantities. He will be bound to attend complaint as per user requirement or directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Note No 05 : All above note No. 01 to 04 mentioned in Ser No. 88 to 91 will be applicable in all CA Items.

Taking down U/S any material tape and S&F Bib tap cast iron alloy screwed for iron pipe 15 mm bore with all fitting required to fixing in existing pipe such as adhesive, elbow, union socket, TEE concussive push buttons.
