Dismantling of asbestos cement sheet (corrugated, semi-corrugated etc) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 0.50 mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating G.I. based corrugated steel sheet (AZ150) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPA as in roof covering, fixed with and including self tapping screw/J-type bolt/L-type bolt complete all as per manufacturer instructions.

Material and labour for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick (AZ150) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws/J-type bolt/L-type bolt complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel work such as roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, and heavy bracket framing (Beam, Tee, angle, Channel or flat section) including distance pieces, cleat etc confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality A.complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness and wall paneling including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 4mm thick Non Asbestos, fiber cement building board of size 595x595mm size in ceiling fixed or laid/ inserted including GI powder coated snap grid framework for false ceiling comprising of the following section for making partition of 600x600 mm size fixed to wall with rawl plug and screw and hanged to roof with 4 mm dia GI suspended wire of suitable length and butterfly clip of size of main Tee shall be 32mmx15mmx0.30mm, cross tee shall be 32mmx15mmx0.30mm thick with black lining in mid portion and wall angle shall be 24mmx24mmx0.30mm thick complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar beading (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and debris complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for coloured non skid ceramic premium quality tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding. 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for coloured non skid ceramic premium quality tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding. 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) etc complete all as specified and as directed.
