Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG 10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler @0.35 Kg / sqm including cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average out put of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading,premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent of mix and filler , transporting the hot mix to work site , laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alingment , rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause no. 509 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro- reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications

Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth upto a lead of 20 meters

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 1 (By mechanical means) as per Technical Specification Clause 404. including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts including mechanical means.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) including cost of centring and shuttering in foundations and plinth:

Providing and laying heavy duty precast cement conrete interlocking block pavements having thickness as per draings and Technical specification clause 1504 ( sub-base of concrete floor to be paid for separtely) . 80mm. thick I.S.I. interlocking blocks.

Excavation in soil in hilly area by mechanical means including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposing of excavated earth with a lift upto 1.5 m and a lead upto 20 m as per Technical Specification Clause 1603.1
