REPAIRS TO CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS ,MOTORS , STARTER PANELS , AND ALLIED WORKS AT AF STATION LAITKOR PEAK UNDER GE(I) AF SHILLONG

Disconnecting carefully 100/120 HP centrIfugal pump from motor, suction/delivery pipe and from foundation complete, lifting the motor from site of installation and taking the motor to workshop for repair, dismantling the winding, cleaning the slots and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire with existing gauge, turns and weight, insulating sleeves including varnishing and baking properly and reassebling the motor after replacement of unsv parts/components, testing at workshop and transporting the same from workshop site and re-installation and necessary testing and commissioning (& necessary alignment complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Notes : (a) Cost of labour for replacement of new spares/component shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates. (b) New spare parts/components shall be measured and paid as Supply only under respective items of BOQ here-in-after. (c) Cost of cosumables like Oil/Grease/Lubricants shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Dismantling and taking out of the 100/120 HP capacity pump sets of any type (monoblock/centrifugal) complete of any make from any installation , transporting to workshop and re-installation in same position after replacement of worn out spare parts and painting with one coat of synthetic enamell paint to pump only including commissioning and testing on completion all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note : Spares parts will be measured and paid separately under relevent item.

(d) Cylinder ROLLER BEARING NU 210 suitable for 100/120 HP capacity centrIfugal pump from motor as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

(e) Gland packing of suitable for 100/120 HP size at both the side of pump for prevention of leakage as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

(f) Bearing Cover WKS125OLD suitable for 100/120 HP capacity centrIfugal pump from motor as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair of pressed steel plates of minimum size 1.25 m x 1.25 m x 6 mm hot dip galvanized iron (Fe-410 W(Gde E-250)) with double flanges (90 degree) having suitable width for bolts connection and interchangeable, spacing of bolts should not exceed 80 mm including all kind of jointing material as per existing to arrest water leakage from PS tanks & holes to be drilled in flanegs to match with existing pattern of other plates for fixing not-bolts & washers complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note : Following are deemed to be included in quoted rate (i) Plates should be internally painted with superior quality food grade paint. (ii) All kind of T&P reuired to carry out job (iii) Nut- bolt, washers, gasket for jointing plates and welding with internal tie rods/angles required for jointing the plate with existing structure of tank (iv) Any connection for inlet or outlet pipe to be done done as per existing & rate for diconnecting and reconnecting of pipes is deemed to be included in quoted rate

Supply and fix as in repair Power contactor, 3 Pole, Type MNX 140 confirming to IS/IEC 60947-4-1, coil voltage 415 volts, having 2 NO + 2 NC contact. AC1 Rating 160 A, AC3 Rating 140 A.

Supply and fix as in repair Power contactor, 3 Pole, Type MNX 110 confirming to IS/IEC 60947-4-1, coil voltage 415 volts, having 2 NO + 2 NC contact. AC1 Rating 160 A, AC3 Rating 110 A.

Supply and fix as in repair Copper Tape wound round type CT of ratio 300/5A, Burden 10 VA, Class 1.0 having IEC -60044-1, 50 Hz complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix as in repair MCCB four pole 250 Amp confirming to IEC 60947-2 & IS – 13947-3 thermal magnetic release and adjustable over load setting 0.8 – 1.0 x In and adjustable short circuit setting 5 – 10 x In and rupturing capacity 36 KA at 415 V AC , 50 Hz.

Supply and fix as in repair MS nut and bolt with MS washer of any size for jointing of MS column pipes / pump mounting bolts / valves etc. as in repair , complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge

Taking out old unserviceable/deformed mild steel duct cover plates and Supply and fix Plates (plain or chequered) channels, conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165), Square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment with lifting arrangement in any shape as directed including grinding the sharp edges and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply and fixing as in repair 3 Pole Power Contactors ML 4 Type with AC3 Rating conforming to IS / IEC 60947-4-1 & IEC 60947-4-1 for 70 Amp Current Rating having 2 NO + 2 NC Aux contacts of Size Fr3. complete as per manufacturer instruction.

Supply only OT Solution for chlorine test (500 ml)

Notes : (a) Cost of labour for replacement of new spares/component shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates. Supply and fix in replacement Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2 mm thick for voltage upto 3.3 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix as in replacement LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specifed and directed. Note:- (a) LM-80 certificate from NABL accredited Lab shall be submitted for LED light fittings. (b) Warranty certificate shall be submitted for LED light fitting as per standered format for minium 50000 Hrs. (c) LED light fitting and drivers shall be of same make.

Material and labour for cleaning of pump house vegetation/wild plant and grass,scrapping and removing of algae from stairs, drains,chemical doser room tanks,aeration area and roofs of pump room /filter room,cleaning throughly filter bed walls by scrubbing them using bleach and washing it as per satisfaction of engr-in-charge complate. Following work should be done Twice in a year. Note: All cutters digging and other tools required for cleaning / levelling shall be provided by the contractor.

Supply and fix as in repair Aluminium bus bar of rating 300 Amps including PVC coated heat shrink sleeves of size 40 mm X 10 mm of 1.2 mtr length as directed by Engr-in-charge complete all as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with Copper earth plate 60 cm X 60 cm X 3.15 mm thick buried vertically in ground to depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level, with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected to copper earth strip of size 20mmx3mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel besides welding at all joints as shown in drawing and including excavation and earth work, GI pipe light grade 40mm bore for protection of earth wire and connected to continous earth lead on pole/test point, supplying and laying charcoal dust common salt PCC 1:2:4 type B1, chamber and MS angle iron frame 40x40x3mm and RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6mm dia round bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12mm dia, PGI/CI funnel and wire mesh, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering all as shown in electrical plate No 5 on srl page No 497 of SSR Part I (2009) drawing and connection to earth test point including testing and including dismantling and taking out old earthing complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The cost of earth lead /strip and GI pipe for protection of earth lead/strip upto 7.5m is included in the quoted rate. (ii) The cost of excavation, earth work is included in the quoted rate.

Supply, Laying, jointing & testing of 150 mm bore Ductile iron (DI), pressure pipes Centrifugally Cast (Spun) Ductile Iron Pressure Pipes with Spigot & Socket end, Class K-9 conforming to IS: 8329/2000 (latest revision) -blast furnace slag cement with Portland cement properties suitable for (push-on) rubber gasket jointing with inside cement mortar lining and Black bitumen external coating, duly ISI marked suitable for push on joint(rubber gasket joint) in any length with inside cement mortar lining, laid in trenches including taking out old one. Note:- (i) Excavation & Earthwork, shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) The quoted rate shall deemed to include for provision of joints and jointing material for laying pipes and for jointing pipe fittings or taking branch connection, provision of joints and jointing material shall be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep in soft / loose soil for removing old and laying new pipes , complete all as specified and directed at site.

Returning, filling in, excavated soil including leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of thickness not exceeding 25 cm in each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing the soil where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

"Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix as in repairs 150 mm bore CI Sluice valve PN-1.6 IS 14846-2000 with Spindle Iron (Heavy duty) Wheel head and both ends flanged and MS nut bolts and washers and pair of rubber/fiber gasket and fixed in position.

Dismantling existing u/s valvepit & Construction of brick masonary valve pit of size 900 mm x 900 mm x 900 mm one brick thick wall in cm 1:4 and 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 in foundation and 15 mm thick plastering. Providing valve pit cover made of 3 mm thick MS sheet/plate welded with 50x50x6 mm angle iron frame fixed or top of valve pit by means of hold fast 150mm long, embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B1, bricks of size 230x110x75 including two coat of anticorrsive paint over a coat of red oxide primer and necessary earth work in soft/ loose soil complete all as directed.

Material and labour for Earth continuity conductor of 20x3mm copper strip with insulator fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc, including dismantling complete all as directed.
