FOLLOWING WORK CONSTRUCTION OF 11 KV LINE & I/C OF 33/11 KV S/S SECTOR-122 JJ, NOIDA (BY 10 MVA T/F) AND RELATED WORK FOR RELEASING OF ADDITIONAL ELECTRICITY CONNECTION 1400 KVA (EXISTING) + 1600 KVA (ADDITIONAL) = 3000 KVA (LMV-7) OF CONSUMER M/S CHIEF MAINTENANCE ENGINEER (JAL), MLD, SECTOR-123, NOIDA IN FULL DEPOSIT SCHEME IN THE AREA OF EUDSD-IV, NOIDA :-

Cartage of ST poles 11 mtr long from ESC Noida/Sahibabad/ Ghaziabad /Any other ESC of Meerut Discom to JE Store and from JE store to various points of site of work including loading and unloading at both ends.

Cartage of other line material such as 33/11 KV VCB (Indoor Type Outgoing) (01 Set), 11 KV VCB 9 (CGL make) (1 No.), ACSR Dog Conductor (120 Mtrs.), 11 KV Pin Insulator with pin (12 Nos.), Top channel 100x50x6x2240mm (02 Nos.), Droper Channel 100x50x6x2000mm (06 Nos.), Earthing Complete with GI wire (06 Nos.) etc. from ESC Noida/ Sahibabad/ Ghaziabad/ Any other ESC of Meerut Discom to JE Store and from JE store to site of work including loading and unloading at both ends.

Cartage of 11 KV XLPE Cable 3x185 Sq.mm. from ESC Noida/Sahibabad/Ghaziabad /Any other ESC of Meerut Discom to JE Store and from JE store to site of work including loading and unloading at both ends.

The Excavation of foundation pit in CC road/ mix soil/ normal soil/ soft & hard rack by using heavy duty compressor and its back filling and leveling etc. The size of the pit will be 600x600x1800 mm for each pole and having a depth of 1/6 of the full length of the support.

Fabrication & fixing of MS channel / Angle as per site requirement complete in all respects.

Erection of Double pole structure on 11 Mtr. long ST Pole for 11 KV line including fixing of all accessories of 11KV line as per RESPO schedule Complete in all respects.

Grouting of each pole (In ratio of 1:4:8 in Cement, sand and Brick Ballast) in size 450mmx450mmx1800 mm as per RESPO schedule Complete in all respects.

Construction of Plinth in size 450x450x300 mm of each (0.880 Cu.m) pole above the ground level (In ratio of 1:3:6 in Cement, sand and Brick Ballast) as per RESPO schedule Complete in all respects.

Excavation of earth and driving of M.S. earthing rod of size 20x2500 mm in earth and jointing through G.I wire of 6 SWG between support and earth electrode by providing proper size of bolts and nuts etc. as per RESPO schedule Complete in all respects.

Providing & Fixing of Aluminium Crimping Lugs 185 Sq.mm. long barrel.

Digging of proper trench by manual cut open method for D/C circuit laying of cable with all material i.e. brick, sand, cement, dust etc. complete in all respects.

Providing of 06 Mtr long pieces of HDPE pipe 6 Inch Dia PN 4 PE 63 (PVVNL approved) after inspection of competent committee at manufacturing site of the items with actual guarantee period.

Laying and interconnecting of above 06 Mtr long pieces of HDPE pipe 6 inch Dia PN 4 PE 63 (PVVNL approved).

Providing of HDPE Socket suitable for HDPE pipe 6 inch dia.

Fixing of above HDPE Socket 11 KV XLPE Cable 3x185 Sq.mm. and 6 inch dia pipe.

Road Restoration charges for hot mixed pakka road / CC road/ mix soil/ normal soil/ soft & hard rack as it is when start of work as per authority norms.

Laying and pulling of 11 KV XLPE Cable 3x185 Sq.mm. through HDPE pipe and loop / Hositing / from VCB To main Double Pole outside 400/132/33 KV S/S Sector-122 JJ, Noida with putting sand around the cable. Fixing of bricks in both sides & top and refilling of trench and its proper ramming including providing necessary loop on both side complete in all respects.

Providing of 11 KV Indoor / Outdoor jointing kit of Raychem/ 3M/ Denson make suitable for 11 KV 3x185 sq.mm. XLPE cable

Fixing of above 11 KV Indoor / Outdoor jointing kit of Raychem/ 3M/ Denson make suitable for 11 KV 3x185 sq.mm. XLPE cable

Hi port test for 11 KV 3x185 sq.mm XLPE cable.

Hoisting of 11 KV 3x185 sq mmXLPE cable on double pole structure through GI pipe 6 inch dia 3 mtr long fixed on pole structure including its jumpering complete with clamps, bolts and nuts.

Providing of G.I. Pipe 6 inch dia & 3 Mtr. long for hoisting (Standard Make)

Fixing of above G.I. Pipe 6 inch dia & 3 Mtr. long for hoisting (Standard Make)

Providing & Fixing of Stone Route Marker yellow colour with proper marking.

Laying, Lifting and final Binding, Sagging of ACSR Dog Conductor including fixing of all accessories as per RESPO schedule Complete in all respects.

Repairing of existing 05 MVA Power T/F with all material & labour complete in all respects for I/C by 10 MVA T/F.

Safely shifting of 01 No. existing old & used 05 MVA Power Transformer from the plinth of 33/11 KV substation to the safe place with in the switchyard with the help of heavy duty crane after opening the all connections of cable / conductor from 33 & 11 KV side and cutting all the earthing strips. Draining of complete Transformer oil in oil drums and dismantling of all accessories, radiators etc. and proper stacking at safe place.

Cartage of empty oil drums from store and return of oil filled drums to store.

Neat Welding of all the earthing strip of newly installed 10 MVA Power Transformer by proper overlapping and making connection of all cables / conductor of HV / LV side, control cables of Tranformer at various 33/11 KV substaion and providing assistance in testing. New earthing strip if required for proper completion of work shall be provided by the contractor.

I/C related work of existing 05 MVA Power T/F replace by 10 MVA Power T/F of 33/11 KV S/S Sector-122 JJ Noida as per RESPO norms complete in all respects.

Dismantling & Carriage of damaged 33/11 KV VCB from work site to JE store / central store & proper stacking with loading & unloading.

Errection & Commissioning of 33/11 KV VCB (Indoor Type Outgoing) as per RESPO norms complete in all respects.

Errection & Commissioning of 11 KV VCB 9 (CGL make) as per RESPO norms complete in all respects.

Water level pipe earthing 180 Feet of VCB with M.S. earthing strips of best quality (ISI mark) as per RESPO norms, (all material will be provided by the contractor for earthing).
