Comprehensive Maint of electrically operated lifts suitable for serving passengers / patients / load carrying lifts installed as under by service engineers/ technically qualified teams including attending the breakdown of lifts if any, complete all as specified and directed. Details of installed lifts are as under :- Ground + five floor (total six landings) capacity-20 persons, 1360 kgs, travel speed of 1.0 m/sec, Operation on 415 volts, 3 phase AC 50 Hz = 4 Nos at Command Hospital (WC) Chandimandir. Make:- Thyssenkrupp.

Make:- OTIS.

Note:- for item No 1 & 2 (i) All items required pertaining to these lifts shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate except items covered under ser No 3 to 15 and any other defective items shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) The contractor will have to submit MOU from the OEM i.e Thyssenkrupp Elevators india Pvt Ltd & OTIS Elevator Co. India Ltd respectively, the contractor shall submit consent / readiness letter from the OEM on/before DRT, otherwise financial bid of the bidder shall not be opened. (iii) Contractor will conclude AMC with OEM and copy of the agreement will be submitted to Engr-in-Charge and GE before commencement of AMC. No payment will be made to contractor without submissuon of valid AMC agreement. (iv) Rep of OEM shall submit a monthly comprehensive testing certificate to the contractor, the monthly comprehensive testing certificate shall be submitted by the contractor to the Engineer-in-Charge while claiming payments.

Supply & fixing in repair LED lights 5 to 10 watt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repairs of lift rope complete in all respect for one lift (Total six landing) as per manufactures recommendation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repairs of sheave for lift complete all as specified and directed. as per manufactures recommendation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Removing the lifts fan and carrying to local work shop for repair / rewinding including replacement of bush / bearing and fixing the same after repair complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing of lead acid battery 12 volts, 42 AH, type EP-42-12 in repairs sutiable for lift. (OTIS) complete all as specified and directed Make :-Power Safe / Exide / Okaya / Amron or equivalent makes specified in Appx 'B'.

Supply & fixing in repair infrared red beam sensor for Thyssenkrup elevator complete all as specified and directed. Make : Thyssenkrupp or equivalent makes compatible with Thyssenkrupp as approved by the GE.

Supply & fixing in repair Encoder for OTIS make elevator complete all as specified and directed. Make : OTIS or equivalent makes compatible with OTIS as approved by the GE.

Supply & fixing in repair mother board for Thyssenkrup elevator complete all as specified and directed. Make : ThyssenKrupp or equivalent makes compatible with ThyssenKrupp as approved by the GE.

Supply & fixing in repair LCI-D80116F5 power contactor for OTIS make elevator complete all as specified and directed. Make : OTIS or equivalent makes compatible with OTIS as approved by the GE.

Supply & fixing in repair CCU Card for Thyssenkrupp elevator complete all as specified and directed. Make : ThyssenKrupp or equivalent makes compatible with ThyssenKrupp as approved by the GE.

Supply & fixing in repair LCU Card for thyssenkrupp elevator complete all as spefied and directed. Make : ThyssenKrupp or equivalent makes compatible with ThyssenKrupp as approved by the GE.

Supply & fixing and repair / replacement of landing push box Thyssenkrupp complete all as specified and directed. Make : ThyssenKrupp or equivalent make compatible with ThyssenKrupp as approved by the GE.

Supply & fixing in repair / replacement ACVVVF Thyssenkrup software installed drive 18 KW complete all as specified and directed.
