M&L for mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) and anchor bolts etc with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 5cm but not exceeding 10cm long, dia of neck 5 to 10 mm complete fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration new steel surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) in bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, holdfasts, kerbs and similar items including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches 1.5 mtr in width and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for foundations, manholes and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs to damaged existing false ceiling of any type, any specification and any height including replacement of GI hanging wire, channel, tee, board and light fittings etc and matching with existing pattern complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for false ceiling with light weight 19mm thick mineral Armstrong tiles of size 595 x 595mm suspended on silhouette profile suspension system of grid made from hot dipped GI steel section notary stitched double webbed powder coated white consisting of main T-runner 42mm x 14mm and 0.30mm thick and cross T of size 33mm x 14mm and 0.30mm thick placed at 60cm centre having width of flange 14mm with a 6mm reveal profile (Blace). The grid system to be rested on the periphery wall / partitions on a W-Profile wall section made of Pre-coated galvanized steel of dimension 3.0mm long x (15mm+10mm) x 22.5mm and laying false ceiling for services like diffusers grill including cutting, making opening for services like diffusers grill light fitting, fixture smoke detectors etc.

Wherever required main T-runner to be suspended from ceiling using GI Suffix cleats of size 25mm x 35mm x 1.6mm fixed to ceiling with 6mm dia GI hangers and 50mm long dash fastener, 4mm dia GI adjustable rods with galvanized level adjustment clips spaced as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of TOP DISCHARGE / SIDE DISCHARGE with necessary duct position for outdoor unit Hot air as per site requirement and Variable Refrigerant Flow system with single DC inverter compressor with invertor condenser fan motor, built in panel box with hinges for proper service has to be supplied with R-410a Refrigerant, compatibility with centralised control with black box function, plate type heat exchanger with pumpdown / pumpout function including control panel complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following capacities: -

84 / 85 / 86 HP (WITH MINIMUM 2 CIRCUITS) with suitable combination of multiple outdoor units as approved by GE.

56HP (WITH MINIMUM 2 CIRCUITS) with suitable combination of multiple outdoor units as approved by GE.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Variable Refrigerant Flow connected 4-Way Cassette with drain pump & Hi wall mount type indoor units with cordless remote with the following nominal capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following capacities: -

Supply & laying, VRF 18/19 Gauge copper piping as recommended by OEM with Nitrile rubber insulation of 19 mm / 13 mm thick insulation for suction / liquid lines. The supports for the copper piping shall be carried @ 1.5 mts equal distance and proper clamping has to be carried out including core cutting in wall & making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & laying, Shielded communciation cable of 1.0 sqmm x 3 core between indoor units and outdoor units and the same has to be provided in PVC conduit and proper terminations to be done at all indoor units complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 25mm dia CPVC drain piping using water quality pipe with suitable fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for pressure testing, Vaccum and Gas charging and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & laying, 2.5 sqmm x 3 core copper flexible conductor drawn through 25 mm PVC conduit and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & lay, PVC insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 35 sqmm x 3.5 core for outdoor units from panel complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & lay, PVC insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with copper conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 16 sqmm x 4 core for outdoor unit to DB complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying, 8 SWG copper wire for earthing from outdoor panel to outdoor units and DBs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate vertically to a depth of not less than 1.5m deep below normal ground level connection to and including 4mm dia GI earth wire by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts, washers, thimble etc earth lead protected by 15mm dia light grade upto 7.5m or upto test point / connecting to DB all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 2 (SSR Part-I) including providing charcoal and salt all around the earth plate upto 15cm thickness including watering arrangement with GI pipe 20mm dia medium grade and excavation and earth in any strata, returning, filling, ramming and remove of soil to a distance not exc 50m distance and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil for foundation of poles, structures, stay rods, laying of underground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25cm thick using soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for old size brick for protection with common burnt bricks sub class ‘B’ of size 230 x 115 x 75mm for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & spreading, dry river sand in trenches / transformer yard / two pole structure yard for cable protection complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Punned thickness only shall be measured for payment purpose.

Supply & lay, GI pipe light grade 100 mm for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting the road / hard standing to a size not exceeding 45 cm in width and not exceeding 75 cm in depth for laying / removal of LT/HT UG cable / protection pipe including making good so as to match with existing finishing with PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for 100mm thick on top including fair finishing complete all as specified and directed.
