Excavation for cable in trenches in any type of soil by not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth below ground level for foundation of poles/ stays/cable and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, any type of soil and spreading in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each layer including watering & well ramming complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of submercible rubber PVC 2.5 Sqmm, 8/10 core copper cable HR 120 deg C, 1100 volts conforming IS 694:1990 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation of area and getting out muddy /semi solid sludge from filter bed and oxidation pond (depth of excavation upto 2 m) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge. Note :- (i) Cost of removing of excavated material and taking it to a suitable place as decided by Garrison Engineer exceeding 1.5Km but not exceeding 5Km deemed to be included in quoted rates. (ii) Any damage caused during the excavation work shall be made good by the contractor without any extra cost.

Rough Excavation of area and getting out muddy /semi solid sludge all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge (sewage pumps-03 Nos and sewage collection sumps- 01No, Total = 3+1=04 Nos), Size of sewage sump :- Inner dia 7Mtr, Depth of muddy/semi solid sludge to be removed - 3.00 Mtr) Note :- (a) for cleaning of Sewage Collection Sump eqpt and man power shall be employed by the contractor in such a manner that the cleaning is completed in all respect within two days. (b) Any damage caused to the tank during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor without any extra cost. (c) The contractor shall make the necessary arrangements to block the incoming sewage pipe line of sewage sump and sewage collection sump before starting the above work and opening the same after cleaning the sump for which no extra payment will be made. (d) The contractor shall make the necessary arrangements for removing the sewage waste from main holes nearest to the sewage sumps at the time of the cleaning of the sumps for which no extra payment will be made. (e) No extra payment will be made for transportation of pumping sets or any other machinery required for the above work. (f) The contractor shall dismantle delivery line which is not working and deposited to MES yard for which no payment will be made. Cost of removing of excavated material and taking it to a suitable place as decided by Garrison Engineer exceeding 1.5Km but not exceeding 5Km deemed to be included in quoted rates. (g) The contractor will arrange first aid kit, mask, gloves, shoes, portable oxygen cylinder with mask etc to the worker to avoid any kind of harm / accident due to methane gas exposing.

Repair to water circulation pump 0.5 to 02 HP including disconnecting electrical connection carefully from site and shifting to repair work shop and disconnecting/opening, sort out the defective spares, cleaning/servicing, replacement of defective spares like ball bearing, rubber gasket, shaft and impeller, gland cup, foundation/pumps nuts bolts and studes of existing size and other packing material graesing, reassembling after repair and shift to site and fitted and connection and testing on load. Note : If The contractor is unable to refix the Pump Set after making serviceable within 3 (Three days), Rs 500/- day will be recovered for delay from contractor.

Repair to water circulation pump 03 to 05 HP including disconnecting electrical connection carefully from site and shifting to repair work shop and disconnecting/opening, sort out the defective spares, cleaning/servicing, replacement of defective spares like ball bearing, rubber gasket, shaft and impeller, gland cup, foundation/pumps nuts bolts and studes of existing size and other packing material graesing, reassembling after repair and shift to site and fitted and connection and testing on load. Note : If The contractor is unable to refix the Pump Set after making serviceable within 3 (Three days), Rs 500/- day will be recovered for delay from contractor.

Supply installation, commisioning and testing in replacement of submersible non clog sewage water pump set, cast iron body, electric motor driven, 1450 RPM, 3 Phase, 380 to 415 volt, 50 Hz, 20.5 Ampr, F class insulation, IP 68, 20 Meter Head of capacity 80 metre cube per hour, with 01 year warranty. F& E type Impeller of capacity 9.5 KW/ 12.70 HP all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Make - KSB (Model- KRTUK 100-260/74 or KRTU PK 100-260/74G) or equivalent model of Kirloskar, Crompton Greaves

Supply installation, commisioning and testing in replacement of submersible non clog sewage water pump set, cast iron body, electric motor driven, 1450 RPM, 3 Phase, 380 to 415 volt, 50 Hz, 12.20 Ampr, F class insulation, IP 68, 14.20 Meter Head of capacity 30 metre cube per hour, with 01 year warranty. F& E type Impeller of capacity 5.5 KW/ 7.4 HP all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Make - KSB (Model- KRTUK 100-210/34 or equivalent model of Kirloskar, Crompton Greaves

Supply installation, commisioning and testing in replacement of Dozing Pump of capacity 35 ltr per hr at 4 kg/square cm with PP head, PVC fittings, PVC foot valve and antisyphone valve, adjustable flow rate with suitable electric motor, single phase, 240 volt, 50Hz all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out and Repair/Servicing of Electric induction motor for 20/25 HP including disconnecting electrical connection carefully and shifting to workshop and opening the electric motor rotar & stater sort out and change the defective spares any type, cleaning/servicing and reassembling the motor shift at site and connecting, testing on load. Note : If The contractor is unable to refix the Pump Set after making serviceable within 3 (Three days), Rs 500/- day will be recovered for delay from contractor.

Taking out and Repair/Servicing of Electric induction motor for 40 HP including disconnecting electrical connection carefully and shifting to workshop and opening the electric motor rotar & stater sort out and change the defective spares any type, cleaning/servicing and reassembling the motor shift at site and connecting, testing on load. Note : If The contractor is unable to refix the Pump Set after making serviceable within 3 (Three days), Rs 500/- day will be recovered for delay from contractor.

Supply, fix, testing and commissioning in replacement of Air Blower of capacity 210 CFM, 1780 RPM at 9 PSI, air cooled, both side bearing and timing grars oil libricated coupled with suitable capacity electric motor of minimum capacity 15 KW, 3 phase, 415 volt, 50 Hz, Power factor 0.8. The blower should have casing/ casing cover with Cast iron as per IS 210 Gr, FG 260, MS Fabricated Base frame common for blower and motor with side rails for motor alighment, MS fabricated suction silencer and discharge silencer, inlet suction filter coarse type of size 30 mesh, V belt set, V Pulley for bloower and electric motor, MS fabricated guard for V belt drive, pressure safety valve, pressure gauge wtih isolation valve/ cock, non return valve etc including construction of base all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, fix, testing and commissioning in replacement of horizontal Centrifugal pumping set electric motor driven 2900 RPM with bronze impeller and steel shaft having discharge30 m3/per hour at 18 meter head and coupled with squirrel cage induction motor of capacity not less than 5 HP/ at voltage 415V + 10%, Frequency Hz 50 Hz + 3%, grease bearing lubrication, Protection Class IP55 mounted on PCC foundation of base plate. Note :- (i) PCC foundation to install new pump set shall be as per the manufacturer design including grouting suitable size of nuts, bolts and anti vibration pads for vibration free running of pump set shall be as per manufacturer design and rate are deemed to be included in this item as directed at site. Note: Any item like cutting, welding etc required at site for making connections is deemed to be included in this item as directed at site.

Repair to Air Blower Make-Shankara, model-F7WCHF, 210 CFM, 1140 RPM at 9 PSI of cap 20 HP of diffusers coarse bubble/nozzles including opening carefully and cleaning/repair/replacement rotary turn lobe air blower with air filter, silencer, gauger, safety valves, drive bearing and bearing (Gear side) Oil seal drive end long shaft and short shaft, lip seals gear and bearing cover, gasket gear cover and welding grinding & polishing drive rotor shaft assembly as per bearing size. Replacement the recommended oil grade and greasing and assembling and testing on load. ete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.3mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connecting to galvanised iron strip 32mm X 6mm (as earth lead strip), by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of GI and GI strip protected by provision of GI pipe light grade, 40mm bore upto test point including provn of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25 x 25 x 3 mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 metres long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr, all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion. NOTE :- Item of earthing includes the cost of 7.5 metre long galvanised iron strip 32mm X 6mm size and protection pipe of 40 mm bore galvanised iron light grade.

M&L for framed work such as grills, grating etc with end of bars shoulders and or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guards bars, barred iron doors, ladders framed balusters, walk ways, ailings,frame work of water tanks and similar work con-forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 for collection Raw water Chamber, MBBR and clarifier as per existing sample complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L CI/DI fittings ISI marked such as bends (any type, radius any angle) tapers any type (straight or bend), increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) Tee pieces single branch, double branch,cross(all sockets and socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs tail piece size upto 150mm dia confirming to IS 1538/1993 complete all as specified and directed. Note: - It is the responsibility of contractor to repair any type of leakage within 24 hrs to avoid wastage of water. If there is any lapse in repair within 24 hours then Rupees 500/- per day basis for delay period will be recovered from the contractor.

Testing of STP Raw sewage water and clear water from authorised laboratories to test the Ph, COD, BOD, TSS and O&G and Fecal Coliform, total nitrogen, terbudity & total residual cholorine complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Test report in quatruplicate should be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for following work included for cleaning of clarifier completely alongwith agitator complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : -(i) Dewatering of clarifier (ii) Scrubing of wall (iii) washing of wall with clear water, (iv) painting of all iron parts complete. (vi) Agitator repair/replacement of bearing, bush, etc.

Supply and laying HDPE pipe PN-10 of size 150/160 mm in trenches complete with fittings complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying HDPE pipe PN-10 of size 100 mm in trenches complete with fittings complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

MS flange heavy duty, 12 mm thick suitable for 100 mm dia GI pipe including all necessary rubber gasket , nuts & bolts etc welding or securing properly with pipe by any suitable means complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement of 150mm DI pipe of any length spigot and socketd class k-7 confirming to IS-9329:2000,ISI marked laid in trenches and suitable for land including tyton joint etc (all as required at site ) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting of roads/hard standing not exc 30Cm in width and not exc 60Cm in depth for removal/laying of pipes/cable returning filling and making good disturbed surfaces with PCC 1:4:8 by using 20mm graded aggregade, 100mm thick, on top finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for construction of Brick Masonry Valve Pit, one Brick thick wall in cement mortar 1:4 on 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in Foundation, Rendering 15mm thick internally and externally upto 150mm below GL, providing 3.15mm thick MS Sheet Valve Pit Cover, welded with 40X5mm Flat Iron Frame alround including provision of Hinges, Handle and Locking Arrangement and 40 x 40 x 6mm Angle Iron Frame fixed on Top of Valve Pit by means of Holdfast 150mm long, embedded in PCC 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) Block of size 230 x 200 x 100 mm, applying two coats of Anti-corrosive Paint over a coat of Red Oxide Zinc Chrome Primer after preparation of all exposed to Steel Surfaces including necessary Earth Work in Soft/Loose Soil and demolition of old unserviceable Valve Pit of sizes 900 x 900 x 900 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Transporting the pump to civil workshop. Dismantling and strip opening the complete pump and sort out the defective spares cleaning/servicing, metal filing in impeller shaft and replacement of defective spares like brass bush-02 Nos, tyre coupling, rubber gasket, shaft and impeller keys, gland cup, foundation/pumps nuts bolts and studes of existing size and other packing material graesing, all spares, necessary lathe machinery and welding work refixing and alignment with motor on its original location including testing all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :-1. All minor repair shall be inclusive in quoted rates to make pumps set in satisfactory working condition. 2. Major spares parts shall be paid separately.
