Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation and getting out as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 3m in depth for foundation and getting out as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating over areas, not exceeding 1.5m deep & getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated surplus soils not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning WC including WC trap of any description and in any position by removing sand/sludge/silt and other foreign particles deposited mechanically up to first manhole and making the sewage system functional complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning blockage from traps of bath rooms/ kitchen sink/ wash basin/ Urinal point and gully traps of any description and in any position by removing sand/sludge/silt and other foreign particles either manually or mechanically up to first manhole and making the sewage system functional complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for taking out carefully cover slab of gulley traps of any size and shape, depth and cleaning the blockage by removing the scum/sludge / any material to a distance exc. 250m and n.exc.500m and cleaning with fresh water and placing the cover slab/ grating in position complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning of sewage lines using passing rubber ball through the line to ensure all blockage perfectly clear or split bamboo with a gunny bag piece tied with bamboo with binding wire and inserting the bamboo in sewage lines of dia 100 mm and up to 200 mm through manhole/gully trap clear flow of sewage complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for pumping out/dewatering of soakage wells / septic tanks etc of any capacity by mechanical means i.e. pump sets by hydrostatic pressure etc and removing the effluents / scum in liquid or semi-solid state and disposing it out side MD land as per PBMC rules by using necessary safety precautions such as providing gas masks/ hand gloves / safety helmets etc including placing of man hole cover back on the original position and making the surface good complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Effluents / Scum shall be removed from site using suitable vehicle and spilling of the same on the ground in the vicinity shall not be allowed and contractor shall held responsible for clearance. (ii) The method of effluent disposal clearely mentioned in IS 2470/1985 Part II and strictly adherence shall be the responsibilty of the contractor.

M&L for de-sludging / taking out and removing waste solid materials/foreign materials from septic tank by mechanical means i.e pump sets by hydrostatic pressure etc and removing the effluents / scum in liquid or semi-solid state and disposing it out side MD land as per PBMC rules by using necessary safety precautions such as providing gas masks/ hand gloves / safety helmets etc including placing of man hole cover back on the original position and making the surface good complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Sludge shall be removed from site using suitable vehicle and spreading of the same on the ground in the vicinity shall not be allowed and contractor shall held responsible for clearance. (ii) The method of sludge disposal clearely mentioned in IS 2470/1985 Part I and strictly adherence shall be the responsibilty of the contractor.

M&L for cleaning manhole of size n.exc 1.0m depth by mechanical means i.e pump sets by hydrostatic pressure etc and removing the effluents / scum in liquid or semi-solid state and disposing it out side MD land as per PBMC rules by using necessary safety precautions such as providing gas masks/ hand gloves / safety helmets etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for arranging scaffolding of height up to 3.0m in the shafts for cutting holes around the bends, tees, junctions any description in the leakage/seepage and making good the cut portion with CM 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 using 12.5mm thick graded stone aggregate including finishing the portion with two coats of acrylic emulsion paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for arranging scaffolding of height exc 3.0m but n exc 13.0m in the shafts for cutting holes around the bends, tees, junctions any description in the leakage/seepage and making good the cut portion with CM 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 using 12.5mm thick graded stone aggregate including finishing the portion with two coats of exterior emulsion weather coat paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for arranging scaffolding of height up to 3.0m in the shafts / spot/ location of weed growth and removing the weed including its root and treating the surface with glyphosate in required concentration to arrest for the furtehr growth and making the surface good with CM 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 using 12.5mm thick graded stone aggregate including two coats of exterior emulsion weather coat paint with primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for cleaning vegetation /Shrubs/ algae growth along with debris of leaf from roof slab and making surface clean ,making good with CM 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate and treating the surface with glyphosate in required concentration to arrest for the furtehr growth complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable PVC Pipe of size 75mm & 110mm and 150 mm from trenches and walls with all fitting including earth work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
