Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only Rolled steel sections obtained from Item No. 1 above, as in Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A Rolled steel sections, as in Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting of any type and thickness in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated (Trepezium or tiled pattern etc.) steel sheet 0.50 mm thick (with 0.45 mm BMT) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa (pitch of corrugation shall be 200mm to 250mm and crest shall be 28mm to 32mm) as in roof covering/ cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick (with 0.45 mm BMT) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering, eaves board, ridges, hips,valley gutters, drip and straight flashing cladding to wall etc, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make for Item No. 5&6: TATA BLUESLOPPE/ LLYODS /JMBS/ EVEREST INDUSTRIES LTD/CRIL/JSW Steel Ltd (JSW BISHWAS+) or equivalent as approved by GE.

Demolition of concrete block masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for factory made precast cement block masonry with solid blocks made of Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) exceeding 10cm width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make: Shankar Saw Mills/Sangam Prefeb Products or equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished fair and even including waterproofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make: LOVELYCEM/ SURYACEM/ JANATHACEM / LUCKYCEM or equivalent make as approved by GE.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick below or above ground level and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base and finishing even and rough to receive toping layer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for 40 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor and the like laid in alternative bays in panels, and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for 3mm thick 38 mm wide glass dividing strips, inserted in position in concrete floors to confirm to design complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area exceeding 1.5 Sqm and not exceeding 4 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area not exceeding 1.50 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Fe-290 Gde E-165 Rolled mild steel sections as in framed work for doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with & including either hooks & hinges or steel hanging door fittings & hanging; also fastening & fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 1.60 mm mild steel, plain, black sheet in steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets abd fixed to steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 100 mm size mild steel cold rolled medium weight butt hinges welded to steel door complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 300mm long mild steel stove enemelled black sliding door bolts with hasp & staple (bolt type) and fixing clips with 16mm dia bolt welded to steel door complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 125 mm long MS pressed steel handle, oval type stove enamelled black welded to steel door all as specified and directed.

S&F steel window with side hung shutters (glazed or wire mesh shutters) fitted with box type hinges with suitable MS handles, peg stays, with glazing bars for receiving glass / MS flat for receiving wire mesh complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F steel ventilators with top hung shutters (glazed or wire mesh shutters) fitted with box type hinges with suitable MS handles, peg stays complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Make for Item No. 23&24: M/s Madhu industries / M/s.SEN Harvick / M/s. Shiv Mular / M/s. AGEW. / M/s. Multiwyn Industries Corpn/ M/s Ganesh rolling shutters/AVA steels/Ajanta Ispat or equvalent make as approved by GE.

S & F 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality fixed with oil putty and necessary clips/nut bolts area not exceeding 0.5Sqm in each pane complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F 3mm thick figured glass pin head type fixed with oil putty and necessary clips/nut bolts area not exceeding 0.5Sqm in each pane complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make for item Nos. 25&26:- TRIVENI/ SAINT GOBAIN/ MODIGUARD/ATUL/ HINDUSTAN or equivalent as approved by GE.

S&F Mild steel works as in grills, framed guard bars, and similar works conforming to Fe- 290, Gde E-165 all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 mix, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels exceeding 1.5 m span etc., all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Formwork and reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately.

Use and removal of steel formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressum-mers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc., for rough finished surfaces of concrete flat all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Mild steel deformed TMT bars 10mm dia and above as in reinforcement to concrete cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&Lfor Mild steel deformedTMT bars 5mm dia and over up to and including 10 mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: INDOCEM/ SUPERSNOWCEM/ AQUACEM/ DURACEM

Demolition of plain cement concrete in of any description and in any position and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass-concrete etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered andgles, finishing of exposed surfaces of concrete to even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in plinth protection laid in alternative bays finished even and smooth without using extra cement including making 6 mm wide grooves to full depth at 2m to 3m interval and at every change of direction and filling the grooves with mixture of bitumen and sand mixed in the ratio of 1:3 by weight complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels, drains including fair finishing inner surface of drain or channel using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously un treated surfaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of previously painted surfaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make for Item No. 38&39: ASIAN/ SHALIMAR/ BERGER/ JENSON&NICHOLSON/IEL/NEROLAC/IEL

Dismantling/taking up or down roof conductor/down conductor of aluminium strip of any size/condition with insulators from the Bldg for replacement of insulator/conductor etc., and segregating serviceable conductor & insulators for re-use at site and removal of unserviceable conductor and insulators from site of work all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only serviceable roof conductor/down conductor any type/size retrieved under item No. 40 above on roof wall on wooden seperator (Wooden seperator measured and paid separately under relevant item) all as specified and as directed. Note :- Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be included for cutting, jointing pieces of strip with nut bolt etc.

Supply and fixing aluminum strip 25 x 3.15 mm complete with saddles and fixing screws for roof / down conductor on wooden sperator all as specified and as directed. (Wooden seperator measured and paid separately under relevant items) . Note :- Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be included for cutting, jointing pieces of strip with nut bolt etc.

S&F Air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia 300mm long including removing unserviceable termination rod complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down existing single pointed air termination aluminium rod 12mm dia 300 mm long and refixing with fixing arrangement complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing GI light grade pipe of 40mm dia for fixing air termination rod and earth strip on roof including dismantling of old worn out GI pipe all as specified and as directed. Make : JINDAL/ZENITH/TATA

S & F in repairs wooden seperator of 2nd class hard wood of size 150mmx100mm x50mm duly painted with two coats of synthetic enemel paint over one coat of pink primer fixed with two nos bolts nuts and washers of required size complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing Test Point Terminal Block made of gum metal or phophorus bronze size( 75 x75x25) mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hex head Screw complete including taking down existing test terminal back complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Earhing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600X600X6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to GI earth strip of size 32x6mm, by means of galvanized iron or steel bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, and conneced to test point as directed, including funnel with GI med grade watering pipe 20 mm bore, wire mesh charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers, of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode, with concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 , 50 mm thick pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover slab reinforced with 8 mm dia reinforced bar 15 cm C/C and earth lead handle, 40 mm GI medium grade pipe for earth lead protection including necessary excavation earth work in any type of soil and disposal of spoil to a distance n.exc.50m and necessary testing complete all as shown on electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR Part I complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE: Rate quoted shall be deemed to include for GI earth strip and protection pipe upto 7.5m.
