S&F in repair suspended false ceiling using E-grid 2430, 180 GSM (exposed ceiling suspension system ) of grid size 600mmx600 mm with main runner 38 mm x 24 mm and wall angle 24mm x 24mm using 4mm thick High Pressure stean Crude Everest Non Asbestos Fiber Cement plain Board (E-Board Classic) in & including a grid of GI system duly suspended with 4mm dia GI wire hanger fixed with steel dash fasteners or iron purlin from the roof with adjustment clip providing positions for light fixtures,air conditioning diffuser and ducts ,sprinkler ,smoke detectors etc.The main runners to be secured to structural soffits by hanger @ 1220 mm maximum c/c. the last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be placed at more than 450mm from the adjacent wall,Flush fitting 1220 mm cross tee to be interlocked between main runners @ 610mm c/c,so as to form 600mm x 600 mm grid complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair False ceiling with 12mm thick of size 600mm X 900mm Plaster of paris sheets fixed with machine screws on and including GI channel 16 gauge grid work main joists placed at 750mm, centre to centre and cross joists 450mm centre to centre hanging with 6mm dia GI wire suspenders roof " J" hook bolts and nuts and treating the POP sheets with thin layer of POP with gypsum binder till smooth surface is acheived and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved colour over a coat of primer matching with the colour of ceiling sheets complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repair Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment of approved design and pattern any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade including 30mm thick sand cushion including spreading screened river sand over surface for filling the joints with rising surface vibrator complete all as specified & as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on walls, chajja surfaces, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), in two layers, under coat of 10 mm thick & top of 5 mm thick, to other than fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces, top layer 5 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound (@ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacture's instructions), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound to be measured and paid separately as "Supply only".

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising with the following of treatment/specification from bottom to top:- (i) Taking out old roof treatment and roughening the old concrete slab by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and disposal of rubbish not exceeding 100 mtr distance from starting point. (ii) Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 with mixing of WPC and surface finished fare and smooth without using extra cement after applying a coat of cement slurry @ 3 kg/sqm for laying APP membrane. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction. (v) Applying two coat of aluminium paint over the APP modified membrane @ 0.11Kg/sqm.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) area n.exc. 1.5 Sqm each including builders hardware complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made steel windows with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel handle , and steel peg stay complete with glazing bars dovetailed or welded with 12mm dia square bars or round bar of approved design welded to steel window frame including cutting holes in old concrete surfaces and making good in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F in repairs 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall or in floor as in waste/soil pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down sliding shutter of any type and repairs to defective components/replacement such as sliding system and pulling system, re-assembling the whole sliding shutter including greasing complete, welding drilling where required and refixing the shutter in the same opening complete area of each shutter exc 10 Sqm but not exc 20 sqm each all as directed. All the shutter shall be removed carefully with accessories without damaging the adjacent structures. Contractor shall lay out all the defective parts of removed shutters at site and for approval of Engineer-in-Charge. Defective parts shall be replaced with new fixture/items, which shall be paid under relevent items at supply only rates. All the repairs parts/accessories alongwith new parts/accessories shall be reassembled and fixed to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge in existing position. contractor shall carry out necessary greasing, easing etc for smooth functioning of the shutter, without any extra cost to the department.
