Excavation in foundation trenches upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing of pumping out water,blasting soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited.In all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides,levelling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring,strutting,planking timbering and dewatering wherever required,stacking the usable and un-useable material / soil separately and after laying, jointing of pipes returning the useable soil in trenches in trenches in 15 cm (fifteen centimeters) layers including consolidating of each of each deposited layer by ramming and watering and disposing of all surplus excavated soil un useable materials as directed within all leads & lifts including restoration of un-metalled surfaces to its original condition and including cost of diverson for traffic night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for excess to houses, fencing etc.complete in all respect with in all leads & lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Laying,jointing testing and commissioning at site in trenches plain ended GMS pipes of 100mm dia medium /heavy grade as under confirming to BIS 1239-(Part-I)-1990 or latest with upto date ammendments, capable of withstanding required test pressure as prescribed in BIS code in randum lengths of 5.5 to 6.5 mtrs.The pipes ends shall be bevelled suitable for butt weld including the cost of jointing with butt welding confirming to IS- 816-1969 or latest as applicable ( leak proof) in three layers at site of work with welding rods of standard make and all allied acessories whatever required for welding at site, tail pieces, tees & bends manufactured from parent pipes etc and cuttings of pipes wherever required etc. as per site requirement i/c carriage in all leads & lifts and as directed by Engineer-in-charge .( Earth work shall be measured and paid for seperatly)

Providing, welding and fixing M.S plate flanges of following dia flange Table-5 conforming to BIS specification No. 6392-1971 or latest with upto date ammendments to GI pipe as per site requirement including cutting of pipes wherever required, welding in three layers (leak proof) confirming to specification as per prescribed in relevant IS Code i.e IS 816-1969 or latest as applicable with upto date ammendments with nuts, bolts & washers & specials etc. confirming to IS-1963 or latest with upto date ammendments including packing sheet i.e asbestos fibre sheet minimum 3mm thick and painting with anticrossive paints complete in all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(Icement:4sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3(1cement:1.5 sand: 3 water borne aggregate 20mm nominal size & curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work :- Walls( any thickness but not less than 0.1 m thickness) attached pilasters,buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level.complete in all respect.

Providing & placing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending,binding and placing in possition complete including bending wire upto floor all level including carriage of material in all leads & lifts

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring. shuttering. strutting and propping etc with wooden battens and ballies. height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs.and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Vertical surfaces such as walls(any thickness)Portion and the like i/c attached pilassters,butteres plinth and string courses including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect.
