Maintenance work

Towards attending of daily plumbing repair works in water supply and sanitary arrangements such as replacement of toilet fittings, washbasin, water closets, repairing pipelines, fixing of regulating valves, repair works in pumping line, regulating of water supply lines, arresting of water leakages, etc., and other plumbing works as directed by the departmental officers

Towards attending of daily carpentry repair works in doors, windows and other carpentry works such as replacement of door closer, hinges, pad lock, tower bolt, handles, aldrop, door stopper etc., easing and repair works, replacement of furniture fittings, repair works in aluminium partition, doors, windows, etc making holes on walls, nailing,screwing on walls/ partitions etc., and other carpentry works as directed by the departmental officers.

Towards attending of daily repair and maintenance works in buildings such as cleaning of terrace, removing unwanted building materials, cutting and removing of fallen trees, cleaning of toilets, removing of drainage chambers blocks,desilting of manhole chambers, earth work pipelines, cleaning of rain water drains, recharge wells, pruning of trees etc., and other maintenance works as directed by the departmental officers.
