Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment any description up to concrete surface of roof slab including cleaning, with wire brushing, watering, removal of debris upto 1500m distance complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Unit rate quoted shall also include for removal of PVC water storage tank wherever existing carefully and refixing at the same or other position after completion of roof repair work.

Material and labour for cleaning the new surfaces concrete with wire brushing and applying water proofing treatment as under: (i) Apply oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.40 Litre/Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP with density of 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/Litre at 25 degree celsius on the prepared dry roof surface. (ii) Laying torch applied APP polymer modified membrane 4mm thick with non-wooven ployster mat as reinforcement weighing not less than 4.50 Kg/Sqm mineral finished by thermo fusion process all as decribed under particular specification the APP membrane shall be of:- (iii) Over the membrane, provide a finishing with two coats of solar reflective bituminious aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm as prescribed by manufactures.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 on roof top surface including WPC by weight of 3% of total cement content complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof/chajja padding for maintaining roof/chajja minimum slope 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm thick plain/ design colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floor aprons, cills etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for non skid coloured ceremic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square /rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.38 sqm, as in floors over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm in cement mortar 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 for laying floor fineshes complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x250x7mm / 450X350X7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 for laying floor fineshes complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for machine cut cudappah stone slab 20-25mm thick over cement screed base, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for green marble 17/18 mm thick machine cut in skirting / dado, window sill, laid over cement screed, jointing and pointing with white cement slurry complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder, masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m means radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1: 6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering 20mm thick on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces with two coats i.e 15mm thick backing coat in CM 1:6 and 5mm thick finishing coat in CM 1:4 including WPC by weight of 3% of total cement content, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil distemper over and including 3mm thick wall care putty, and filling cavities with wall care putty filling after completely removal of existing treatment complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for new or old wall complete removal of existing treatment on external wall surface by sanding machine or any other mechanical means thereafter washing, rubbing down the surface, in order to remove dust, dirt, loose particles etc. and fill the visible cracks/joints with crack seal caulking compound after cleaning the surface by clean water. Apply a coat of primer (water based primer) and allow to dry for six hours. Thereafter, apply two coats of water proofing treatment on wall (WB high build anti carbonation cum water proofing including a coat of exterior grade weather proof acrylic emulsion paint by using Airless Paint Sprayer machine at any height of the building by using scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. The material used for the treatment must have crack binding ability, water proofing properties and flexible (i.e cover hairline cracks upto 2mm effectively) and be elastomeric. Note: External water proofing treatment on wall at any height of the building including acrylic paint shall be applied by mechnaically Airless paint sprayer machine only.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for prepration of old plastered/ decorated surfaces of walls and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on plastered/decorated wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic antifungal paint exterior grade paint plain or camouflage pattern on one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old wall surfaces of any description and applying one coat of acrylic (antifungal) exterior grade paint of camouflage pattern complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for solid PVC door frame of size 50x47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube and edges will be painted to match will printed sheet fixed in opening complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of mild steel tube top and bottom rail mild steel frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC “C” channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap inserted for top rail and bottom rail; paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the mild steel frame welded /sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement supplying and fixing in the frame at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for false ceiling with Armstrong XL 24mm grid system of grid size 600x600mm with 14mm thick ceiling board of RH-90 of Armstrong. Grid shall be suspended from ceiling using 4mm dia prestraighten GI wire with 6mm nylone rawl plug and screws at 1200mm intervals complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparing of new POP/ false ceiling surfaces and apply two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali-resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for steel work as in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS 1161 1979 grade St 240 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in mild steel work conforming to Fe 290.Gde-E-165 in posts, roof trusses, fencing and struts angle including cutting top to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated/ plain sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with L-type or J-type cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour preparation of new previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromium primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Item rate shall be include any height of Bldgs / Hangars for scafolding as all arrangement.

Chipping, removing carefullly concrete work by low impact hammer, breakar without damaging the structure and cleaning and disposal of debries out side the premises etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Hard concrete should not be removed by force.

Material and labour for clean existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush, making the surfaces free from loose material dirt etc. complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer on the rebars, including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove loose rust spalls, wash the rebars with clean water within 3 min and wipe it dry complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for applying two coats of Epoy based Zinc primer in a span of four hours over the treated rebars and allow to dry for six hours. The application shall be by brush complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for cleaning all loose laitance on the concrete substrate and applying one coat of epoxy bonding agent on exposed concrete surface to ensure bond between old concrete and new concrete by brush application complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for building up the profile of structural members by using latex additives (MONOBOND) modified air cured mortar system (Polymer modified mortar) (1:5:15 = 1 monobond-5 Cement-15 sand) -in damaged areas in 30mm thickness including leveling profliling etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for providing and applying jacketing around columns with micro concrete (Molith-MC) M40 including all lifts, shuttering, drilling holes and fixing shear anchor complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately. Rates including jacketing, formwork and micro concrete.

Material and labour for applying concrete protection coating on finished structural members exposed to atmosphere complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Drilling and fixing Rohibb Teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep holes. Works shall be carried out as under: (i) Cleaning of holes: Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles: Insert 12mm dia. Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun.Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for min.12 hrs. (iii) Cutting of nozzles: Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements. (iv) In case crack upto 2mm wide, fix the injection nozzels directly over the cracks, at intervals of 6 to 9 inches, using a drilling machine. Fix PVC/ MS nozzels in these holes with fast-setting epoxy putty and let it dry for 2 to 3 days. also, seal the crack between the ports with epoxy putty. (v) In case where the crack is wider than 2mm upto 4 to 5mm, drill holes at the sides of the crack in a staggered fashion, at intervals of 6 inches and affix them with epoxy putty as mentioned above. (vi) Also, seal the face of the carck with a liberal application of the epoxy putty.

Material and labour for injecting of site mixed cement slurry grout, mixed in specified proportion containing cement, sand water with addition of plasticizers (approved make) and migratory corrosion inhibitors, water cement ratio shall be varied between 0.5 to 1.0 for each hole, shrinkage compensating cement slurry mixed to a lump free fresh creamy consistency, Mixing shall be done by mechanical mixer continuously stirring mechanically to keep cement particles in suspension. Injection of approved/ specified grout by means of pump at a pressure of 3-5 Kg/cm2 etc complete till the grout mix flows out from the nozzle indicating complete filling of grout in the holes drilled complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for injecting low viscosity (3-5cps) high molecular weight monomer by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories till nozzles refuses to accept the grout, Including, Mixing of materials: Mixing of material components (part a&b) in the required quantities as per manufacturer's instruction by weigh batching. Grouting: Fill the grouting gun with concrete penetrating corrosion inhibitor. Maintain desired pressure in the gun by air compressor; maintain the pressureat exit (2 to 3kg/cm2) by monitoring pressure guage at exit. Grout the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural elements @ 100ml per nozzle. Repeat the process for all the nozzles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Replacement of steel reinforcement with TMT bars of appropriate size where 30% of cross section is reduced including dismantling of rusted steel complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down carefully copper /aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, with wiring acessories such as bend boards elbows only, ceiling fittings etc., and removing material to store for safe coustody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable (using colour code as per IS) 1100 volts grade drawn through and including 20mm dia medium grade rigid PVC conduit (ISI marked) concealed on wall surface with all accessories including concealed sheet steel terminal/ CI box with 3mm thick hylam/ masonite sheet top cover including 1.5 sqmm size PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor multistranded cable for continuous earth conductor (using green colour) to common earth and connecting to earth dolly for the following complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. One light/ Buzzer point controlled by one switch 5 Amp, SP, one way 240 volts.

Supply and fix for double door MCB DB TPN 4 way made out of 18 SWG CRCA steel sheets, Phosphates powder coated with copper bus bar, earth stud, din rail, Polyamide Terminal blocks for incoming and outgoing circuits, inbuilt loose wire box, ground terminal blocks, duly pre-wired with thimble flame retardant copper conductors and poly layer for protection SP 240 volts 200 Amps rated bus bar, including taking out old unserviceable MCB DB any size/type complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down exhaust fan, sealing cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan and blades to store complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Fixing only exhaust fan and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose /connector to fan complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down ceiling fan and keeping in safe custody for reuse and refixing the same after duly painted and marking of MES number on ceiling fan of size 1200mm sweep with connected accessories complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Hanging only ceiling fan and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose or connnctor to fan complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for LED building security light fitting with suitable size bracket /angle to fit security light of 60W IP 66 protection LED complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for round shape 15 watt 220 volts AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with dirvers, holders, LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for LED bollard light fitting 10W complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode size 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25m below ground levels with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected to and including galvanised iron strip 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised steel and GI pipe light grade 20mm dia bore for watering funnel with wire mesh. CI cover with frame, PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 excavation and earth work all as shown in electrical plate No 5 connected to earthing test point including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
