Special Repair to all types of pipe lines for water distribution system at Air Force Station Singarsi

Amount

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth in soft/loose soil for taking out and laying of pipe line complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches with excavated soil including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers of thickness not exceeding 25mm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed as at a level not exceeding 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connection of size 20 mm dia from trenches,floor,walls,roofs etc with all fittings and removal of unserviceable pipe from site of work.

All as per item No.4 herein before but 50mm dia

M & L for 20 mm dia galvanaised steel tubing (medium grade), with all fittings laid in trenches all as per directed by engr-in-charge.

All as per item No. 6.00 herein before but 50mm dia

S & F for 20 mm gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipes including taking down old unserviceable gate valve complete all as directed.

All as per item No.8.00 herein before but 50 mm dia

M & L for taking up cast iron water mains (including all fittings), with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead and kept in safe custody for reuse/disposal the same of 150 mm Dia as directed by Engr-in-Charge :-

All as per item No.10.00 herein before but 100 mm dia

M & L for 100 mm bore Ducktile Iron pipes, spigot & socket end, centrifugally cast (spun), Class K-9, confirming to IS-8329/ 2000 in any length, laid in trenches/wall/post/culvert with & including EPDM rubber gasket complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for 150 mm bore Ducktile Iron pipes, spigot & socket end, centrifugally cast (spun), Class K-9, confirming to IS-8329/ 2000 in any length, laid in trenches/wall/post/culvert with & including EPDM rubber gasket complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for DI bends & DI specials(any type radius and angle) tappers, any type(straight bend,increasing,decreasing or double socket etc). Tee pieces single branch 'Y' junction double branch cross( all socket or socket end spigot) collar, caps and plugs upto 150mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for construction of brick masonary valve pit of size 120cmx 120cmx100cm(internal dimension) with one brick thickPCC(1:4:8) type D2( using 20mm graded crashed stone aggregate) as in foundation concrete incl PCC(1:3:6) type C1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate)as in bedding and coping 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar(1:4) internally and externally upto 15cm below ground level providing valve pit 40x40x6 mm angle iron from all round the fixed point by means of 4 Nos hold fast 150 mm long made out of flat iron 40x6mm embedded in PCC block(1:2:4) type B1(using 20mm graded crashed stone aggregate) of size 250 x 200 x 150mm.incl provn of hinge welded with angle iron frame and mild steel cover 3 mm thick, mild steel handle of suitable and size welded with mild steel cover& suitable locking arrangement& applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer incl necessary excavation work in soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed after demolition of old brick masonary valve pit white wash of two coats over valve pit surface complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No 15.00 here-in-before but for brick masonary valve pit of size 150cm x150cm x 100 cm (internal dimension) complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for cast iron sluice valve of 100 mm dia ISI Marked, confirming to IS14846 both ends flanged with brass spindle, class PN1.6 and necessary new MS nuts, bolts, washer and gasket, including taking out old u/s ones for credit making good etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cast iron sluice valve of 150 mm dia ISI Marked, confirming to IS14846 both ends flanged with brass spindle, class PN1.6 and necessary new MS nuts, bolts, washer and gasket, including taking out old u/s ones for credit and making good etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cast iron sluice valve of 200 mm dia ISI Marked, confIrming to IS14846 both ends flanged with brass spindle, class PN1.6 and necessary new MS nuts, bolts, washer and gasket, including taking out old u/s ones for credit and making good etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cast iron Air Release Valve valve 200 mm dia, conforming to IS14846 both ends flanged with brass , class PN1.6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cast iron Air Release Valve valve 150 mm dia, conforming to IS14846 both ends flanged with brass , class PN1.6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Foot Valve Screwed end 100 mm Dia ISI Marked brass made complete all as specified and directed.
