Systematically cleaning of the water closer including nahani trap, floor trap and gully traps by bamboo/wire/kandi rotary cleaner up to first mainhole any type of dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The contractor or his authorised rep shall collect the complaint of all blockage of sewage from complaint cell /Engr-in-charge daily and all complaint will be rectified by the contractor with in same day than the returned the complaint slip after completion of complaint and get recipt from concered JE/Enge-in-charge .If he fails to complete the work with in same day then recovery will be made @150.00 per complaint per day .

Systematically cleaning of the sewage lines including gully traps by passing ropes, Knots, bamboo/wire/kandi rotary cleaner etc for any type of dia of sewage pipe, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning and desludging of manholes of any size, shape and any depth including pumping out liquid waste if any, removing all solid waste materials such as stones, bricks, pipes, plastic etc, pluggings/ diverting of flow if required and removing the debries outside MD land etc including all precautionary and safty measures all as directed.

Cleaning and desludging of existing mini septic tank or Manholes or gullytrap of capacity n exc 10 Users and including inlet and outlet chambers and soakage well, taking out sludge in any form alongwith all other foreign materials by mechanical equipment or by way of other suitable means , and removing waste material/sludge ( desludging n exc 0.5 cum and dewatering n exc 0.5 cum from each septic tank) etc to a distance n.exc 50 mtr including digging , burrying in ground Complete all as specified.and as directed, Note :-(i) Work shall be done in foul conditions , necessary precautionary measures/equipments to be adopted by the contractor . (ii) The solid or semi solid sludge shall be burried in pits and fully covered with a layer of lime powder and earth. (iii) Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to have considered all such contingencies including removal and refixing man hole covers. (iv) Any damage caused during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge without any extra cost to Govt.

Same as item No. 4 above but 100 users capacity ( desludging n exc 12.0 cum and dewatering n exc 12 cum from each septic tank) complete all as specified.

Same as item No. 4 above but 50 users capacity ( desludging n exc 6.0 cum and dewatering n exc 6 cum from each septic tank) complete all as specified.

Same as item No. 4 above but 25 users capacity ( desludging n exc 4.0 cum and dewatering n exc 4 cum from each septic tank) complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.50m in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Ditto all as above item No. 8 but as in soft/disintegrated rock

150 mm Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified.

200 mm dia Reinforced concrete pipes class NP2, laid and jointed completed with collar complete all as specified.

300 mm dia Reinforced concrete pipes class NP2, laid and jointed completed with collar complete all as specified.

PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) Concrete bed to 150mm bore drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; in, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Sl. item No 13. above but 200 mm bore

Ditto. All as per Sl. item No 13. above item but 300 mm bore

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting pointcomplete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling/ taking out of cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches/wall upto & incl of internal dia of pipe 100/75 mm, all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

100 mm dia Cast iron soil pipes, waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears with cement joints, laid in trenches or in floors all specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

100 mm dia Cast iron pipes, waste and vent pipes, in any length with or without ears with cement joints, fixed to wall with MS clamps all specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

All as per Sl. item No 20 above but refixing only (except pipe) with stack clamp, etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

75 mm dia CI pipes, waste and vent pipes, in any length with or without ears with cement joints, fixed to wall with MS clamps all specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

All as per Sl. item No. 22 above but refixing only (except pipe) with stack clamp, etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

In repairs CI 100mm bore bends/reducer/Tee (any radius) with access door diminishing pieces or tapers (larger bore measured) all as specified all specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

All as per srl item No. 24 above but 75mm bore, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

In repairs CI 100mm bore Branch pieces, single (equal or unequal), ordinary or inverted (spigot or socket type) or with parallel branches all as specified all specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

All as per srl item No. 26 above but 75mm bore, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

100 mm bore CI vent cowl including taking down old CI vent cowl of any type complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Ditto all as Item No. 28 above but 75mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends swan necks, etc, including cleaning or refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fitting and accessories).

110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with MS clamps, all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

All as per Srl item No.31 above but as in refixing only with stack clamp to wall complete all as specified and as directed.

110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends with access door any radius, all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete, all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

15 mm thick cement plaster on the fair face of brick or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement,all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing , dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and as directed. .

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius, using old size bricks as in manholes,drain, sewer work, etc built in cement mortar 1:4 , complete all as specified and as directed. .

All as per item No. 37 herein before, but except bricks complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note-Old bricks obtained against dismantling shall be used.

Walling of random rubble, uncursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

All as per Srl No. 39 here n before but except stone complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge..

Flush pointing to random rubble, uncoursed on brought upto course on masonry or concrete block walling in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 ( Using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in coping, Gola etc including necessary formwork as required complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 ( Using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in surface channel or drain including necessary form work etc, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Pre-cast RCC 1 : 2 : 4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in cover slabs for man holes with plain faces finished fair and smooth etc, set in CM I : 6 and including necessary formwork if required incl. demolition of old slabs complete all as specified

MS TMT bars 8 mm dia as in reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia all as specified

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

RCC slab 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) (Nominal Mix) as in slabs supported on wall, beams etc or similar works, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

TMT steel bars 8 mm dia and over as in refinforcement, cut to length, bend to shape required including craniing, bending spirally or hooping for coloumns, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed not less than 0.9mm) all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Use and waste form work to side and soffits of subpended slab such as roof slab floor slab landing and similar work not exceeding 200 mm thick (horizontal or sloping) for rough finished surface of concrete flat, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floor and paving n/exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx25mm thick rubber finish hard glazed top coloured with grey cement & admixtures laid over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

Machine pressed rubber moulded manufactured/compacted by vibrating table method pre-cast concrete interlocking paver block Laquor finish any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment and joints filled with sand complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No.52 above but except tiles, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and as directed.

75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Sub base complete all as specified and directed.
