Coupling Unit Using Driving and Driven Shafts using Plummer Block Bearing Unit The Plummer Block Housing Material: Cast Iron (Grade FG 200 or equivalent). Type: SNG or SNL Series (Split-type housing). Sealing: Felt seals or V-ring seals (to demonstrate lubrication retention). Lubrication: Provided with a grease nipple at the top center for manual lubrication practice. The Bearing Type: Self-aligning Ball Bearing (1200 series) or Spherical Roller Bearing (22200 series). Bore Diameter: Standard 25mm or 30 mm. Shafting and Coupling Shaft Material: Ground Carbon Steel (EN8 or EN9) for high surface finish. Coupling Type: Flexible Coupling: To demonstrate the bearing's ability to handle slight misalignment. Rigid Flange Coupling: To demonstrate traditional direct connection.
