Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (HSR 6.1.2)

CEMENT CONCRETE Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work below plinth level and up to Floor IV level: 1 :4: 8 ( 1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-Ill) : 8 graded cum stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). (HSR 6.1.6)

1 :5: 10 ( 1 Cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-Ill) : 10 graded cum stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). (HSR 6.1.7)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor four level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1: 1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-111) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).(HSR 6.16)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc. (HSR 6.29.2)

Fe-500 EQR TMT steel bars for R.C.C works, where not included in the complete rate of R.C.C. including bending, binding and placing in position complete . (HSR 6.33.3)

Brick work with common burnt clay non-modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) (HSR 7.21.1)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) (HSR 11.5.4)

Pointing on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand): Raised and cut pointing (HSR 11.25.2) Note:- In case of any difference in the unit & nomenclature of any of the HSR items depicted in this DNIT and that given in HSR. the unit and nomenclature given in HSR Shall be applicable. ii) In case of any difference in the unit of any Non- schedule items depicted in this DNIT and the Conventional unit of that N.S Item as per practice in this department the conventional unit as per practice shall be applicable.
